Being 41 and this being my first mammogram I was a little nervous. Making Saturday's available for…read morepatient appointments was definitely a plus. However, that was only the beginning. I arrived for my 3 o'clock appointment with my two daughters as my husband ended up having to work and I didn't won't to bother the sitter on the weekend at such short notice. When we entered the waiting area we were the only patient with family there. Another lady had just went back as we were walking thru the door. Thank God. Being that I had my two year old and I knew she'd be hard to keep quiet or still. I always take others into consideration when I'm receiving a service or treatment and I have my kids with me. Moving on..... The beautiful young lady at the front desk, greeted me professionally, explained to me about the my forms to fill-out, gave me all my documents and later offered my two year old crayons and a coloring book. That was greatly appreciated. Now on to the best part, I finally met the person that was going to perform the breast exam. Please listen, SHE WAS AMAZING! Her expertise was one thing. On the other hand, her personality, professionalism, thoroughness, and cleanliness is something I've never seen before. Not all in one person. I work in healthcare and have been for 17 years! And that's why I'm so grateful of my experience with ELFP Imaging Center. She made me feel extremely comfortable. She answered all my questions. Her work area appears to be sterile, clean, sanitized and fully stocked. Her humor and personality is what's needed in such field of work. I remembered telling her, "your resume could have said you received your training at school of ABC 123, it would not have even mattered." "The way you interact with patients is something that could not be taught in school or books. That's a gift you're born with and SHE GOT IT! Kudos to ELFP for hiring such an amazing person. She's definitely a great addition to any team! You could not have hired a better individual for this position. She could check my breast anytime! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. On another note: I had to call regarding my results. It was one day shy of being two weeks and still no results. Anyways, I sent an electronic message via the app and a nurse did reach out to me. Long story short, my results came back NORMAL! It was an overall amazing experience!

My legs ran over by the wheels resulting in multiple contusions to my soft tissues, bones and skin. My doctor ordered an MRI for my injured body parts and I was referred and sent to ONYX MRI Imaging in Stockbridge, Ga. My appointment was scheduled for 3 pm on a Friday and after my intake paperwork was completed I was introduced to Denise, the tech who would be conducting my procedures. (Denise is a tall, heavyset, Caucasian, older woman) Denise immediately informed me that my MRI test would take 3-5 hours and I simply answered "Okay, no problem." She then said to me "Okay? Just okay?" I didn't understand what she meant by repeating my answer but I would find out shortly after why she seemed so concerned with the time. Annette was another medical personnel employee sitting at the front desk. Ms. Annette was very cordial, kind and professional to me. She had a warm demeanor and tried her best to make me feel comfortable. Denise disappeared to the back work area then re-appeared to the waiting room to inform me that my test would take a total of 5 hours and that she would not be able to stay for the total time because she had prior plans with her husband for the evening. I couldn't believe what she was saying to me but I did not reply. I kept thinking to myself "Is that professional behavior?" Denise asked me if I had medication with me then led me into the actual testing area. I was wearing a cotton maxi dress because I had been to multiple doctor appointments and my legs were still very swollen and I was unable to put on pants. Denise told me in a forceful and rude tone "Don't ever wear that dress again or you are gonna trip and fall and hurt yourself." I thought her comment was very rude but I did not reply. Denise instructed me to lie down and then proceeded to set-up for my test. This was my first MRI. One of my ankles was the size of a large grapefruit due to swelling and all of my injured parts were very tender and sore. Denise failed to warn me that she was going to put my most severely injured ankle into a coiled pressure harness for 3 hours for the MRI test. I 100% understand she had a job to do but isn't patient safety and comfort a part of a medical professionals responsibilities? She was very rough and heavy handed in how she handled me. I was in a laying position, immobile and defenseless and feeling a bit abused. I tried my best not to show it but while I lay on the table for my testing I was in excruciating pain and I began to cry. I don't cry easily, AT ALL. In one set of my photos, Denise instructed me that she had to re-take them because I moved my leg. In actuality, I was having muscle spasms due to the nerve damage from my injuries. I guess at this point, Denise realized I was in real pain and so she called in my Mom (who had come to the appt with me) to talk to me and give me some pain meds. My Mom asked was I okay and said I looked very uncomfortable. I had never experienced such poor care while under professional medical attention in my life. In conclusion, Denise was reported to the Director of the facility and I would never recommend anyone I know to ONYX for MRI testing.

However, on my second visit yesterday 7/17/25, not only did I wait over an hour to see the provider but when I was finally called, I was told that I WOULD NOT be seeing my doctor but a NP, so I requested to be rescheduled and the next appt. was for the following month (so much for pain management)! The staff didn't even apologize for my inconvenience . The following day, I called to speak with manager "N", she was equally rude and very condescending. Her explanation was that patients have to specifically request the doctor, which of course I had done. She also accused me of making a 'threat" when I advised her that if similar incidents happens again, I will need to make alternative decision (meaning find another provider) but she took it as a "personal threat", which really surprised me, so I'm not sure if she was in fact the "Lead Manager". She also, never once apologized for the inconvenience, in fact, her attitude totally lacked any empathy and I felt she could care less! Unfortunately, the rudeness of the staff, inadequacies, lack of continuity of care, is not the fault of the doctor, who happens to be very good ( at least he was the first time I saw him). Thanks, Dr. D. C.
