I was told by my attorney that my case was progressing well, which was inaccurate." After I terminated his services, the assistant indicated that attending an upcoming court hearing was not necessary. I relied on that guidance, and my lawsuit was subsequently dismissed. Throughout the case, I had to repeatedly request referrals to a pain management doctor, with limited follow-through. They informed me that they couldn't afford to pay the pain management doctor and that I had to pay out of pocket.
