When we came out of the pool we had a roast Sunday dinner in the pool restaurant / cafe, the staff were very cheerful, pleasant and helpful. The pool facilities are really good with changing cubicles next to the pool and security lockers for your belongings whilst you are in the pool. Plenty of parking room along side. I have not been in the gym, although I intend to do so, all in all a very pleasant experience. The water in the pool is excellent warm an very soft.

This is a very friendly sports center. The swimming pool has a small slide that young children can…read morego down and the deep and shallow end are indicated by going under a small bridge. The changing rooms are on the poolside and therefore it is still warm after you get out and get changed. There are also a couple of family changing rooms if you have small children with you. There is also a small jacuzzi type pool for adults only but I have never seen anyone in it. There are a range of classess for adults and children available and a gymnasium. Childrens swimming lessons take over the pool one evening a week but it is one of the nicest pools Ive been to and definately very child friendly. There is also a small cafe but this is very basic.

With the new, large lesuire center now built across the road this center offers a cheaper alternative (although still not that cheap!). Beware however I got caught out with being tied into having to pay membership for a year when I moved away- Im not sure if this is still the case now but you should check this. The gym has the usual range of equipment but there is no swimming pool. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the place is clean and tidy.

Hi everyone…read more Sidmouth Swimming Pool is a great place to have some fun on a rainy day or if you don't like swimming in the sea! The staff are friendly (although maybe that's bias because I work there) and there are always lifeguards looking after you. The pool is a 25 meters long deck pool and everyday there are a variety of activities taking place, like... - mums and babies/toddler session - aqua fit - masters (over 20s - non competitive swimming) - Sidvalley Sharks (children to teens competative swimming) - fun sessions (with an awesome Twin track inflatable!
