That aside I BELIEVE the pumps are open 24/7, as I've been there as early as 5:50(ish) a.m., and the pumps were working, even though there was no one inside. It's a great spot off the freeway, particularly if you have Kroger fuel points to use!

On Sunday April 22nd I left Roseville in route on Eastbound I94 for home. I decided to stop and…read morefill up with $20.00 and to use my Kroger rewards fuel points. The current gas price to me was low at $ 2.77 per gal, Compared to $ 2.88 in Macomb Township when I left at 9am. I used $0.50 rewards off the gas price to make my purchase $2.27. Instead of paying at the pump with a personal credit card, I went inside the building to pay with cash. The cashier behind glass was "Marsheila". She was very pleasant with a smile and knew her job, by asking me if I was a loyalty Kroger member and if I wanted to cash in points which I said yes. I gave her my cell phone with my Key Ring app already opened since I am organized ahead to scan it and verified the $0.50 credit off the price. She also thanked me and said have a nice day. That was great to hear at 3:25 in the afternoon after a long morning visiting with my Mom . This location area is busy on 13 Mile Road, across the street from Meijer store/ gas and from Speedway gas. All 3 fuel stations seem to be competitive with their prices or today they were All the same ! I'm glad they finally put up a new Kroger Fuel station here to assist customers after shopping for food. One can get back on the freeway and be on their way when needing gas or shopping. There are 12 digital pumps at the station so many Vehicles can stop to purchase gas, hot or cold beverages, snacks and even automotive supplies inside this little Fuel Center building. Outside the building is an Arctic Ice cooler chest selling bag ice for $1.99 per bag. And A blue rhino propane tank area is available at 19.99 The parking lot is rather small so it would be kind of tight to bring in a rig to fuel up for diesel and maneuver through the parking lot and exit. The Kroger gas location on Gratiot near 13 Mile Road is much bigger to accommodate semi trucks. FYI I noticed on my receipt that the phone number for this Kroger Fuel #74 is different than listed out on Yelp, so I did send Yelp team a comment message that the phone number is either incorrect or needs to be changed. Would help for future Yelp customers if needing INFORMATION to this location when traveling on the freeway.

Pulled into this station (there were zero no trucks signs in the lot) pulled off to the side of the lot (there were only 4 cars there) but I made sure that I wouldn't be in anybody's way from either entering, parking, or leaving the lot. Got out of my truck, walked to the other side and was met by a gentleman who told me trucks aren't allowed in the lot unless you are delivering. I figured this was just a warning for next time which seemed fine to me. I replied "no problem, sorry bout that" and took another step toward the store. He looked at me as if he was personally mad at me. So I asked him "can I go in and buy a water still?" "No, absolutely not" he replied and then rudely walked away. I was already in the lot, truck was empty and weighed less than the pickup trucks pulling lawnmowers that were pumping fuel right next to me. They wouldn't even sell me a water. Safe to say that a gas station I've pumped thousands of dollars of fuel into personal and company trucks over the years will now be a gas station I never attend and will tell others to do the same.
