At the 35 minute mark, one of the therapists said I was almost done with my hour and if I wanted to do 15 more minutes for an extra $40 dollars. I pointed out the time I had called in, drove over, got ready and when the massage had started. They quickly changed their tone. Not only was the massage subpar they will try to find a way to overcharge. I can confidently say I will not be returning.
