Kuhlmann and his team conducted a thorough inspection. I was on-site for a time and each inspector explained in detail any and all issues they discovered. By the following day I received the written inspection results from Kuhlmann and each member of his team. The results were in exacting detail, which allowed me to ask the seller to address very specific issues. I might also mention that Kuhlmann was very flexible when the seller, at the last minute, canceled the inspection. It had to be rescheduled for the next day. He failed to properly check our windows, he failed to see that there was no flashing in the back of our home, he failed to notice that our water heater was completely rotted out, he failed to do a moisture reading on our stucco home. I still remember him telling me during inspections "you are buying a solid home". I would NEVER recommend him to anyone to inspect their home unless you do not want to be represented in the best way.
