Matt is welcoming and knowledgeable in his field. He thoroughly stepped us through their processes. Nutrition is included which is a plus. This is our first time recording our daily food/drink. It's amazing how you become more aware and accountable! It'a only been a month and we already see results. Matt keeps us moving and 45 minutes flies by. He customized our workouts based on our individual needs/desires. We started 2 days per week but will increase to 3 days. We highly recommend Transform to help get you fit and live healthier. Dr. Nunez and his support staff bust their asses for their patients, and it shows. While only anecdotal, Dr. Nunez or a NP/PA or nurse, when appropriate (but 90% of the time, it's Dr. Nunez) has responded to every message I've ever sent through their patient portal in both a timely and responsive manner, which is pretty uncommon. I was also very impressed with Grayhawk's tireless preparation and dedication to ensure they were ready to conduct virtual visits on day 1 of the COVID-19 restrictions. In conclusion, I couldn't ask for more from a primary care physician. If that is the kind of doctor-patient relationship you are looking for, you won't be disappointed with Grayhawk and Dr. Nunez. Also, after reading the few 1 star reviews Grayhawk has on Yelp!, I am amazed at how unreasonable and oblivious some people can be. To then take that deep-seated lack of self-awareness and advertise it next to your name and picture, well, that's just a whole new level of stupid. Feel free to ignore those 1 star reviews, as they are not representative of the opinions any other patients I've met.

The two recent issues were important to find answers but was pretty much dismissed. First was bloodwork relating to high kidney reading, he told me it was not bad and nothing to worry about. I ended up at a nephrologist and was diagnosed with stage 3 kidney disease. Second issue was severe headaches with eyeball pain. Without any testing he said they were migraines and prescribed medication. I recently was diagnosed with Eye Orbital lymphatic/venous congestion and pinched nerve/artery. The migraine medication does NOT treat the cause.

I was told that weight loss would be between 10 lbs to 30 lbs within the first week as evidenced by the office staff. This Trimpax was offered online to be mailed out. Since I was in the Phoenix area at the time, I wanted to go pick it up to get a visual for legitimacy. I was hesitant because there was only myself and one office person in what was supposed to be a busy plastic surgeon, Dr. Villares, office. I also received a sheet of paper with a sample diet and I was weighed by the office perso. I should have walked away!!! Being desperate to lose weight , I decided to give it a try. I was given what was supposed to be the medications in blister packs for one month . I wondered why they don't just give you the prescriptions to go pick the meds up at a pharmacy??? After 12 days, I still saw no results so I reached out to the doctors office. The office staff person told me to take all of the meds as advised. After another week, with still no result, I asked for my money back. My request was repeatedly refused! I then looked up Dr Villares on the AZ medical board and found disturbing reviews. I asked many more times for my money back. I finally took it up with my credit card company who credited my account while I continued to request my money refunded from the company. Finally, they gave me a partial refund for the months of meds that I had not yet received. I took a picture of the Phentermine and showed it to my nurse practitioner upon arriving home. I was told that The picture does not look like the 37.5 mg tablet that I should have received. It's close but not the same shape??? Also, my stools do not compare with those that are from someone taking Oralstat? I am hoping that I get to keep the entire refund! No results after 1 month! I am now getting a Phentermine Rx from my nurse practitioner at home. Save your time and money!

Yes it is something hard to hear but in the end I am greatful I was told that and pushed to work hard to reach my weight goal.
