During my session Travis mentioned trying their new LED light bed for my back and knee tension. He said overtime it helps the muscle pain and inflammation. So during my check-out the Manager acre gave me a complimentary hour to try out the new Light Stim bed. It took a moment to get comfortable on the flat plastic bed. You're giving goggles to protect your eye which is good. I completed 15-20 minutes faced up and then the same faced down. If you're a woman it's a bit uncomfortable laying flat on your chest but I managed to adjust. I may give this another try but it's nice to have options at the spa.
