Numerous pieces of furniture have been scratched, the couch securing rod bent, the bed frame incorrectly assembled and my table broken. I did not discover the damage to the table until the following evening. I informed the removals firm the next morning as was told they would not assist with it as damage needs to be reported same day. However, at no point in hiring the removals team or dealing with them did they inform me of this condition. Incredibly disappointed with this response. Unfortunately I can not recommend them.
