Anton is a great listener and communicator, and he took the time to understand our vision for the space and provided flexible options for our budget. He also has a great eye for design elements, and he made some helpful suggestions that really added to the overall look and function of the bathrooms. Anton also works with a team of highly skilled subcontractors, and everyone was professional, courteous, and respectful of my home. They also cleaned up after themselves every day, which was a huge plus. The bathroom remodels were completed on time and within budget, and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. Cypress Hill exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled contractor. Tracy & Jen VanHoutan

My home is without a doubt the highest quality construction anyone in my family has ever seen. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Dan and everyone associated with Cypress Hill. Dan is creative, enthusiastic, organized, and experienced. I was so impressed with how he was able to advise me given my limited budget. He guided me so that I spent money in a way that added to the lasting value of my home. He took the time to educate me. You will not need a designer -- Dan's design sense is spot on. My immediate family was so impressed with the quality of the construction and Dan's ability to manage the financial end of construction that they are also going to build a home with Cypress Hill. If you are in the market for a builder, this is the one you want. I enthusiastically and without reservation recommend Cypress Hill Development.

They were such a hardworking team -- answering calls and messages late at night, on weekends, or whenever I needed them. They were also fantastic negotiators and I always felt like I had the best people in my corner. My house contract price was only $231,000. It went to underwriting and guess what happened? It was denied five days AFTER the close date the buyers chose. To make matters worse, Angelo disappeared in the wind when the loan became shaky. My agent and attorney had to bypass him and go straight to the lender to get any kind of answers. Purely unprofessional and clearly he doesn't know how to pre-qualify accurately. He can say whatever he wants, but unless he's going to help cover these monthly POD fees and help save the house we were going to buy from relisting, he's not done enough to rectify his poor determination. I had multiple offers and went with the one he prequalified. Everyone, don't make the same wrong decision as I did.

I can't begin to tell you how great it feels to finally be back in a position that I have a home of my own once again. You helped to make that happen and your contributions are without question. The level of insight, expertise, hope and steadfast resolve that you displayed on a consistent basis helped to calm me and guide me through this process. Your recommendations on whom to build the team with were second to none as well! At the risk of sounding dramatic, I wanted say from the very bottom of my heart that I am grateful to know you and appreciate much about you. People like us can be (as I've been told), polarizing. I suppose that's a nice way of saying they either love us or hate us. I'm OK with that and have learned that I'm attracted to others like myself, with similar styles and values. I couldn't be happier that I know you. Furthermore, I believe that life is cyclical and that what goes around, comes around. You showed trust, kindness and respect to me during a time of of such deep change that you couldn't possibly know. That kindness was never forgotten. I couldn't be happier to know that I was able to provide you with business and that you were able to provide me with you (and Tony's) experience and service. I realize it's just a house, but for me, it represents six years of struggle, recovery and healing. I am so pleased and thankful that part of that journey began with you and in one of it's happiest moments, was shared with you. You're a good woman, mother, wife and business woman Nicole. You make contributions to people's lives every day in some way, shape or form. This, at minimum, is something to be admired, if not cherished. I'm proud to call you my friend and I couldn't be happier that we were able to do business together. I wish you, your husband Tony and your son Tony Jr. nothing but the very best of all things!
