The spinning sensation was so bad I wondered if I could ever drive, or walk again!! My wife gave me meals in bed. We went to Gambrills Physical therapy in August of 2021 and Met Casandra. She was very kind caring, patient, professional, and most of all Always had time to fit me into her slammed schedule. She has a very nice vertigo room with the Vertigo exam goggles, and large flat screen to see exactly what was going on with my Vertigo. She gave me Maneuvers to practice at home, and even called me to check on me!! She is a Loving, Wonderful, therapist!! She has helped me bring my Vertigo from a 10 "cant stand up" to a 3 "back at work full duties!" Honestly If I ever win the Lottery I will give Cassandra some money , because she cared about me when I was NOT wealthy. I would still be unemployed if she had not helped me! Very little adjustments or massage to painful injured areas, no stem, or no heat. You can have ice if you ask for it. The gym area is small, and everyone is watching each other workout. They do clean the equipment in between patients which is a bonus. You must wear a mask which is a good thing. The front receptionist is a sweetheart. If you are an athlete this is your spot. If not... oh well find another PT otherwise you will be made to feel less than or even bullied.

If I ever exercise, I need to put on Biofreeze on my back to numb the pain. Then I went to Brian at Red Canyon who was referred by my neighbor because I was planning to get pregnant at 40 years old. I thought there was no way that I can carry a baby full term with a back in that condition. He diagnosed my long-term problem the first session and came up with a plan from the first session. No time/money wasted! He used dry needles and I could feel the pressure released from my back. That felt like 20 years of pressure released! He also gave me instructions to work on my core and back. Within 4 sessions, my pain went away 80%. And with the next couple of sessions, I became pain free 100%. Now I can go to the gym ever day and do weight lifting without any pain in my back! My "physical therapy" appointment consisted of the therapist showing me how to use a walker and how to use a cane. No actual therapy was conducted. If I didn't already know how to use a walker and a cane, I could have looked it up on the Internet. I was also told on the day of my appointment that they was no co-pay; however, I am being billed 40 co-pay. The billing by FMH Aspen Ridge to my insurance company was $323. This seems quite excessive for showing someone how to use a cane or a walker. If I even need PT again, I would certainly not choose Aspen Ridge.
