Two and a half years ago, I was knocked off my motorcycle by an SUV driver who cut across me to get…read moreinto a parking space. When she accepted full responsibility at the scene, I (very naively) allowed her to fill the police officer in on what happened. I discovered later she completely changed her story, and I was found at fault. When my first lawyer, recommended by a family friend, seen the police report, he dropped my case with a smile and a handshake. I called a motorcycle accident speciality insurance company and told them the circumstances; when I told them the police report went against me (even though it's inadmissible in court, as responding police are not witnesses) they had no interest, only interested in quick and easy surefire cases. I thought my backside had been saved when another friend recommended a trial lawyer, who agreed to take on my case. He sent me to a doctors for assessment, got x-rays and MRIs.... only for him to also suddenly drop my case because of the police report (even though he was aware of it from the start. Thus I was left with a wrecked motorcycle, an untreated injury, a huge pile of medical bills, collections companies starting to call me... and zero compensation. I'd completely given up hope... and then, in February of this year, I found Ferma Law Group. Shant and Raffi listened to my story, recognized how unjust I'd been treated, and took on the case. A few months later, the entire matter is resolved. I had enough money to repair my bike, pay all my medical bills, and received monetary compensation I am more than happy with. They handled in a matter of months - and this is through the COVID - pandemic, what three other law firms couldn't (or wouldn't) do in two years. They handled everything from start to finish, almost entirely over the phone, including negotiating my medical bills WAY down and paying them off for me, as well as getting the collections agencies off my back. I had honestly written the entire incident off before finding Ferma. I couldn't recommend them more strongly.

Then I called the Ferma Law Group. Mr. Shant Fermanian, answered, and listened to my situation, and one of my goals was to be near, to the health I was before I fell, and you said you was going to take care of me and you did. Thank you, Mr. Shant. And thanks to your Team also. You all, had me feeling like a Rockstar. Because, you all took care of everything I needed thru out my case, from appointments, chiropractor, therapy sessions,, hotel room, knee surgery, to limo and Amtrak transportation, gifts, to RFA surgeries on my back, WOW, and I get to walk away with a 6 figure in-pocket settlement. I will recommend anyone and everyone that is or has been in a Personal Injury, accident to give the Ferma Law Group, a call. Thank you, Mr Shant, stay blessed.

Nadrich Law Corporation Review PERSPECTIVE CLIENTS BEWARE:…read moreNEEDING ADA II, III, or Section 505 Federal Civil Litigation Representation, THEY DO NOT PRACTICE THIS TYPE OF LAW!!! I contacted Nadrich Law Corporation because I was led to believe the firm handled ADA Title II, ADA Title III, Section 504 disability-discrimination, and civil-rights matters. My case was not a personal-injury matter and not an employment-law matter. It involved an already-filed higher-education disability-discrimination case against a university, including ADA/Section 504 accommodations, retaliation, degree-completion obstruction, transcript issues, and interference with an academic/licensure pathway. Before the call, I clearly explained in writing that this was not an employment case and asked that the matter be reassessed as a higher-education ADA/Section 504 civil-rights matter. I also specifically asked that I not be referred elsewhere unless the referral was appropriate for that specific type of case. In my experience, the firm did not listen carefully to what I was saying. What is advertised or represented by a law firm online should match what the firm actually handles. After reviewing Nadrich Law Corporation's listed practice areas, they appear to focus on personal injury and related claims, including vehicle accidents, slip and fall, dog bites, hazardous exposure, defective products, sexual abuse, and wrongful death. Those practice areas are not the same as higher-education ADA/Section 504 disability-discrimination litigation. Instead of meaningfully confirming whether my matter was within their actual scope, I was passed to another law firm without first confirming with me that the referral was appropriate. That second intake also appeared mismatched and did not reflect the ADA/Section 504 higher-education issues I had described. I later received a declination stating that attorneys had made every effort to explore all possible avenues and did not believe there was a meritorious claim they could pursue. However, from my perspective, I did not speak with an attorney from Nadrich, and I do not believe there was an in-depth review of the facts, documents, procedural posture, ADA/Section 504 issues, retaliation concerns, licensure-pathway facts, or federal court filings. Law firms are allowed to decline representation. That is not the issue. The issue is a rushed and mismatched intake process that gave the impression my matter had been legally evaluated when, in my experience, it had not been meaningfully reviewed by an attorney. For complex ADA, Section 504, higher-education, or federal civil-rights matters, I would strongly recommend researching carefully and confirming upfront whether the firm actually handles that specific type of case. A proper intake should involve listening carefully, understanding the legal issue, accurately conveying the facts to an attorney, and having an attorney or qualified legal professional explain whether the case fits the firm's scope. Based on my experience, I found the process unprofessional, inattentive, and not properly matched to the type of legal matter I brought to them. I would look elsewhere.

We'll forever use Nadrich as our attorneys for everything including personal injury. We had a great experience, they turned a horrible experience in a better much easier one.
