Conway Painting damaged the window sills, trim, and new bookcases because he did not prep the surfaces; the paint began peeling in one week; the bookshelves' wood grain "opened up," so the surfaces are rough, not smooth. Poor-quality paintbrushes left bristle trails on formerly smooth surfaces. Some vents and switch plates were painted, while others were neglected, showing a further lack of care. Our cherry doors are scuffed and have paint on them as a result, too.
