I canceled immediately. On top of that, one time when she reviewed my homeowners policy, she mistakenly reviewed someone else's house--a shocking display of carelessness. When I reported these issues to the BBB, her response was dismissive: "We are not claiming to be the lowest insurance; And you are welcome to cancel anytime." (of course, you should claim you are the highest!) This attitude clearly shows she does not care about her customers. I have since moved all my policies to another company, where I now receive better coverage at a much lower price. And I am very happy about the service.
