He claims this is really rare from all the vehicles they've sold but if it was rare they'd morally want to offer a refund and he's nowhere near that level of accountability. They charged me for all the repairs even though it has warranty and they have responsibilities to repair. Oil leaks, head unit, washer pump and automatic tail gate all are malfunction. Which means they sell the trash cars. They refused the mediation of Fair Trading, and they still haven't fixed the car despite the mediation of the QCAT(Queensland Tribunal). Even I went there to fix the head unit, but they ruined the battery and electric sensor module of the car. Then, they asked me to pay for those. Make sense ? So far, I had to pay for a total of $1,525 for the repair excluding car price. Despite paying extra money, the problem is, I am still driving a broken car. They say used cars can get in trouble at any time. They are avoiding the core of the problem and repeating the lie.
