This is a dishonest dealership. Don't be fooled by the car detail, sparkling oil or warranty at…read morewholesale price, or the great google reviews as there's ways to neutralise the bad reviews. I got told I was purchasing an amazing car with good service history which was not the case. No recorded service in 12 years so how would they know? It's lies. It was nothing but problems and then had a major defect and given a band-aide solution that Chris Luke wants me to be stuck with. All in the first 6 weeks of owning the car and wonders why I want a refund. He claims this is really rare from all the vehicles they've sold but if it was rare they'd morally want to offer a refund and he's nowhere near that level of accountability. If it breaks you're left with a good looking piece of crap, just waiting for it to fail again. It's been a horrible experience to have to deal with this person.

They are bad car sales dealers. The car, BMW X5 paid $24,000, had problems the very next day after…read moreI bought it, even though they said there was nothing wrong with the car. However, I couldn't check the bottom of the car and inner side of engine. I could help but believe what they said. They charged me for all the repairs even though it has warranty and they have responsibilities to repair. Oil leaks, head unit, washer pump and automatic tail gate all are malfunction. Which means they sell the trash cars. They refused the mediation of Fair Trading, and they still haven't fixed the car despite the mediation of the QCAT(Queensland Tribunal). Even I went there to fix the head unit, but they ruined the battery and electric sensor module of the car. Then, they asked me to pay for those. Make sense ? So far, I had to pay for a total of $1,525 for the repair excluding car price. Despite paying extra money, the problem is, I am still driving a broken car. They say used cars can get in trouble at any time. They are avoiding the core of the problem and repeating the lie.
