The store's vast collection of material goods is unified under a gorgeous Baroque inspired esthetic. The store is well laid out; however, it seems impossible to take it all in during one visit. There is an overwhelming abundance of things to look at, but an obvious eye for detail and decadence. Affiliated with Abby's Fabric Shop, the store also contains plentiful fabric spools to allude luxury. Bellissimo is rich and a gorgeous spot to explore. My cat tore up carpet in the home that I was renting and when my lease was up in the home, I had to replace the carpet. I shopped around for weeks looking for the right deal. I didn't want to invest too much money as it wasn't my home but at the same time, I wanted to get something equivalent to what she had. I went into the store and was blown away by the wonderful help I received. They helped match carpet almost identical to what was there previously and they also get me a wonderful deal. I ended up finding carpet and including the installation, it was only $600 compares to the other quotes of $1200+. I was so pleased with the service, quality and price, that I wrote a thank you letter to the owner expressing my satisfaction. I highly recommend this location!

The place was packed!! I didn't know much about these types of furniture stores but after asking a few questions, it seems quite simple....but expensive. With the economy the way it is today, I understand that people do not want to tie up a lot of money unless really necessary. With Easy Home, it's easy to shop, borrow and then give back if you need to. If you're in need of a TV for example, you go in and pick one out, fill out an application (no credit checks required) and then you walk away with a rent-to-own TV! If you decide after 2 months that you do not like that particular TV, just simply give it back. The only catch is that it is quite expensive. You may end up paying 3 times as much for that TV.

Multiple workers complained about being underpaid and being poorly treated by management. I recently had a bad experience prompting me to voice my concern. I was outside the front door where a lady was yelling and screaming. She was smoking a pipe. Employees just stood by. The fact that this is just so normal to everyone there scares me. I am 78 years old. I will not be returning. Buyer beware!

It makes a big difference when you're looking through the racks to have a friendly face telling you about the deals rather than feeling like you're in the way, which I've experienced at other thrift stores in the past. There are two floors to this shop - today the second floor was wedding themed, which was amazing. There were also formal dresses, jewellery, handbags and suits on display upstairs - anything you might need if you were going to or planning a wedding. It was fun poking through the wedding dresses and seeing right in front of you how much styles have changed throughout the decades! Downstairs there is a "front" that has racks of clothing and some jewellery and in the back, you'll find some homewares and yet even more clothing. Shoes, winter coats, and kids clothes are back there. The prices at Hand in Hand are amazing!! You won't find any almost-full-price goods here. If the item wasn't priced it was $4, and Friday's are student discount days! (Good to know!) We found an amazing hot pink pineapple print dress...definitely not for me, but one of our friends was so excited to be getting it. This is the kind of thrift store I enjoy being in - it really feels like you could find rare treasures here if you just had enough time.
