Then there are three floors that had multiple rooms with different themes such as farming, Abraham Lincoln, jobs in Central Illinois, and even a little kids area to play as if they were on a farm. in total, I counted eleven different rooms - and we spent 3.5 hours there. Some of the exhibits can get a bit wordy; if you read it all - you'd be there all day - but that's great for a deep dive for stuff you're interested in.

Even though we arrived to the location 20 minutes early it took forever to find parking, and we were 5 mins late because of that! Make sure to account for that if you're going on a Friday or weekend night! However they were super sweet and nobody minded us as we came in later, they showed us to our stations and where we could get glasses/open our wine. The entire painting experience was nice and the instructor kept things well paced so that everyone could keep up. One thing that I would note is that the brushes here have seen a lot of love so they are a bit frayed and I'm afraid that does affect the way your painting comes out since you might not be able to follow the instructor 100% accurately with all her brush strokes. Overall, it was a good experience and a fun time to share with friends, and I love supporting local businesses, so I'd definitely recommend checking their website out for what classes that have coming up!
