Never a late/missed rent payment of $160 per month. Today I received a voice-mail telling me to get my RV off the lot immediately. No reason was given. Upon calling the business number I got voice-mail explaining that Rim Country Storage is "now managed by Professional Services Management." We have always dealt with the owner not a management service. Possible change of ownership, don't know. Couldn't get the "professional manager" to return my call ... MAYBE LOOK ELSWHERE if not you may be thrown out/off the property with NO NOTICE along with anything you may have in their storage facility.

Since the new manager took over, it's nothing but attitude and disrespect. I live out of state and have had a unit here for 6+ years. Any issues I would email management and the old manager was beyond understanding and polite and helpful. God forbid you have any issues now, cause the new managers couldnt careless and couldn't be more disrespectful. Do yourself a favor, use a different storage unit. They aren't worth the headache.

Well first the good news. Easy in and out access. Key pad in with code and key pad out. Great…read morelocation for me. The no frills outside, roll up units are ideal. Your stuff stays dry and protected from elements, and drive up access makes things easy. The self serve approach tough to beat! Do not expect to get much service after signing up with auto draft payment. Much easier from my view. Sign in office states closed for lunch 1-2pm. My few times trying to see the site manager during 11-1pm or even later than 2 was not successful. That too ok, just honor the time you post on your handwritten sign. I kinda get it but just a heads up. They do have an on-site garbage receptacle which is most convenient. In closing, I showed up to my unit recently, and there was a company lock placed on my door blocking me access. I went to see the office manager, guess when, 11:00 am on a Friday, no one home. Off to phoenix I had to go without the stuff I needed. No note on my door. . No text in my phone. . No heads up on email. No voicemail. All my #s and email are in the profile on record with the account. No worries but when we finally chatted about it, I was told sternly, with "300 units to tend to, the responsibility is 100% on owner, she is way to busy"! Ok I can appreciate that.... But no, I really don't think that's good enough! A heads up when I moved in or a posted sign on your gate might be a touch of service that could help? Just trying to help out here! I'll kindly work my way out of this arrangement and yes, advise patrons to be informed. That aside, no hard feelings, I will update my debit card, (it expired), and gracefully move on when I can. I had a storage unit here and every time we went there it was very hard to maneuver around all of…read morethe vehicles around the driveways, also we were there one time and accidentally Dropped some food on the ground and I will be the first to admit that I was in the wrong but the site manager called me up and chewed me out told me the I had to drive all the way back and clean up the mess!! ( was not nice or professional) then I weekend we moved out of the unit because of the treatment her dog POOPED! In front of a unit a when we went on a second trip she never cleaned it up. She is a hypocrite and she is not a good at managing. when I called on Monday to remind her that I left a message and that we were closing the unit she said " I know I got your message and it done" I only did this review so that the owners know that they are losing tenants that are in good standing leave because of her actions!
