I was looking online to sell for Parts! It's running better than day we got it! Sorry for Long review but they DEF deserve your Business! They are Not friends of mine actually I can't even remember New owners name but I should. I was too shocked @ price & that I can promise you. So I'm not getting new tires or an oil change for my Review. Oh speaking of but still 5 ..I used to get Emails of their specials for the month.. like Oil change or set of tires for $?? Plus they badly misdiagnosed the alignment issue on my 1997 Chevy Tahoe 4X4. Said the power steering gear box and pitman arm need to be replaced and those items had just been replaced right at a year ago. All it really needed was the washer and nut that attaches the pitman arm to the power steering gear box and for the splines to be cleaned up and everything put back together and tightened back up. I guess they thought I was stupid and they could rip me off by turning what should have been a $200 repair into an $800+ repair. WTF!!! If you want your vehicle looked at within a few days instead of a few weeks, and want it diagnosed correctly and want to deal with professional and friendly service advisors and not be ripped off for repairs that are not needed, the go to Pit Stop Plus/Alray Tire here in Denver and avoid this place like the plague!!

They tried to charge me $750 to put a new timing belt on. I chose to take it elsewhere because that was too high in my opinion. Turns out it was an EGR valve that needed cleaning out and the timing belt had already been replaced by the previous owner. I spent $96 dollars verses the $750 it would have cost me had I let them do the work.

I've spoke to him 5/6 time and each time the truck is going to be ready tomorrow which has been lie. He's told me several times his employees never show up to work. He said he ordered part they be here soon. Then two days later ford doesn't make these parts any longer so he gotta start over. Told him at the start of the second weekends I'm already a week behind and I have to have truck fixed or not. He again lied said he handle it. I called Thursday and Friday to come and get my truck werher fixed or not and he doesn't answer the phone, I'm assuming because he tired of lying to his customer.
