If you're looking for a Storage Facility that is well taken care of inside and out, then FreeUp…read moreStorage in Mabank, Texas is for you. The Resident Manager, Tonya is very friendly and has been wonderful to work with. In Feb. of 2022, we sold our home in the Texas Panhandle to move to the Tyler area. We rented (2) 10X20 Units for 9 months. We've never stored our belongings before, and the horror stories of insects, mice, rats, etc.. going in and out of our things was unnerving. I was not looking forward to the move out. To my surprise, we saw no activity whatsoever of any type of invasion as we were moving out (only dead bugs at opening). As a matter of fact... there was hardly any dust to speak of either! Tonya works really hard at keeping this facility CLEAN and free from rodents etc. Not only that, she's really good at the Administrative side of things as well. Thank you Tonya for taking such good care of us. Your Professionalism and Friendly attitude was very much appreciated!

This place is almost empty, barely any tenants and they are doing everything possible to get rid of the few loyal customers they still have. They sent me a rent increase notice, I called the office and agreed to a different rent amount. Not the one I had, not the one they suggested. But they offered me that amount and we agreed. Then I get billed the higher amount which I didn't agree to. Obviously past the first of the month so I had to deal with it and pay it. I'm moving out. They are not really climate controlled. Temps are always above 90 degrees. No 24 hour access.

This is the most professional moving company I have come across with very efficient workers. They were very careful moving our items and even took extra precautions to cover the staircase and floors as to not scratch anything. They came very well prepared and did the job above and beyond our expectations. I'd also like to mention how accommodating they were; they fit us in with only a few days notice, called the day before to confirm our move and called when they were on their way. I'd recommend Kavin and his team to anyone looking for EXCELLENT movers!
