Renting a unit online was quick and really easy to do. The reason for 3 stars is not being able to get in contact with the office. I sent an email to the email address listed on their web page but turns out it's not their email address...the email address they have on their website is for another storage unit located outside of Texas. And when I've tried to call the number listed I always get the answering machine. read more
