In fact, stay away from bathrooms with these guys. Bathrooms are not their thing. But if you want nice cabinets and work-work done, even painting, they are great at it. Do not count on reliability however, they often do not respond to your e-mails and texts, and in fact, left our renovation incomplete. They did not even respond when our son died, and because we were having family coming, we needed the renovation finished and at the very least, the toilet that they first installed and it didn't work and they left in our rec-room, removed. We had to call someone else to remove it for us. They made many mistakes, such as, not leveling the floor before putting the flooring down, therefore, they had to remove it all, and redo the floor. The plumbing and toilet was installed and the toilet backed up into the shower. They had to completely remove everything and build the floor up in order for the toilet to work. It still didn't work, so they had to buy a new toilet system. I could go on. Paul and Bill however are nice guys, and I just wish they had been communicative and talked with us. They lost money I know, yet, I hoped they would have learned something from this experience.

Robert gave us a reasonable and affordable price for the countertop installation, and once the details were confirmed, everything moved ahead as discussed. The quartz countertop fit perfectly when it was installed, and you could tell care was taken to make sure everything lined up properly. The plumber returned the following day to complete the plumbing hookup, and the whole project turned out exactly the way we hoped. It was nice having everything handled efficiently from start to finish, and we're really happy with how the new quartz countertop looks in the bathroom.

I went on the referral of my folks whom had dealt with them back when they were AC&H.. because they were always good with prices of hardware. I was (and still am... SPOILER ALERT!) in search of 20 or so drawer and cupboard pulls for my kitchen. They have a great, concise (if not put into a smaller space) display area for their retail sales. They are pretty contractor/decorator heavy business, so understandably, the retail side is a little less populated. But after looking through all the options, I picked a few out, and the woman had to look up the SKU numbers. They all came out to over 5 dollars (which when you consider I need 20.. is a little ridiculous).. so I had to work my way out of that sales situation. The woman was pleasant to her credit, especially when I heard the price and she got the feeling I wasn't looking to pay that much, and I appreciated that. But if you're not worried about price too much, then Richelieu is the place for you. (How's that for a tagline)
