The Attorney requested letters of character reference from five people stating how they know me,…read morehow long they have known me and what kind of person they think I am. Six friends sent character statements in a timely manner to be available for the judge to see in court yesterday. The attorney did not give the judge my character references. I videotaped the beginning of the interaction that I was arrested for. The location of the event is clear from the video and photographs that Ruane Attorneys also have on file. The police have the wrong location and charges are clearly wrong when you see the video of the scene when the plaintiffs approach me. The judge did not receive any of the video showing the precise location and proceedings of the event. The outcome could be very severe. But none of the evidence I provided was used to defend me. The lawyer assigned to me seems like a great human being, maybe too busy to bring in the letters of character reference my friends worked so hard to provide in a timely manner.

Clients are not asked to come into office to talk or communicate. Only time you will actually talk to the attorney is if they remember to call you day before court. If not you get 5 min of their time in courtroom Hallway. Attorney Tarasidis provides poor representation does not care about the case wants to settle quick and wants to put in no work. Lacks communication to clients . Had to always be the one to initiate conversation. As well as having to initiate the process of obtaining work/driving permit. Had to do a lot of our own researching and inquiring as it was not initiated by the firm. No ethics involved just want your money. Worst decision ever made to use this firm. Caused more work and stress by having them.
