I have been to many temp agencies before and all made me feel like just a number. The people at office Team showed true professionalism while making me feel like a person. They made it cleared that they cared about both their clients and their candidates. I first worked with a woman named Christine F. who kept me informed about potential job opportunities. Later I got a call from Pat Zingarella telling me that I had an interview with a company that I was praying to have the opportunity to work for.I interviewed and started temping for the company. Unlike most agencies who just put you in a temp position and forget about you and who can't even remember so much as your name, Pat would call and check on me all the time. He would always ask how things were going and if there was anything he could do for me. He wanted to ensure that the job was a good fit for not only me but for the company I was temping for. I am happy to say; I got an offer from that company, for more money than expected. I am truly blessed to have worked with office Team and their staff. Never same contact people there, so ended up speaking to at least 7 different people to find out job details or leaving messages in which NO ONE called back. Clients are not asked to come into office to talk or communicate. Only time you will actually talk to the attorney is if they remember to call you day before court. If not you get 5 min of their time in courtroom Hallway. Attorney Tarasidis provides poor representation does not care about the case wants to settle quick and wants to put in no work. Lacks communication to clients . Had to always be the one to initiate conversation. As well as having to initiate the process of obtaining work/driving permit. Had to do a lot of our own researching and inquiring as it was not initiated by the firm. No ethics involved just want your money. Worst decision ever made to use this firm. Caused more work and stress by having them.
