The partner Schuyler Elliott picked up his own service identified himself and when it took too long for me to explain enough so Gramps could understand what was happening he yelled at us twice for trying to give him information and then screamed at us cursing saying Fuck You and my grandfather was very upset by this as he was privy to the abusive maniac . We believe this person sounded unprofessional abusive to the elderly handicapped and a Veteran and deserves to be disbarred . This atrocious person disregarded his own oath , my grandfather's service and his opportunity to help a veteran for pay with abuse . People who are abusers never change they are the blight of the profession. We hope that if you are elderly or a veteran family you take our word that this man is abusive and if he handled our case the way he abused us as a potential client then we would have been further damaged . We intend to file a grievance with the state bar of Georgia . We should not let people who treat their oath like a slob and abuse elderly people with foul language even set foot in court as they are a danger to their clients and the profession.
