We knew we were going to have our vet do the neutering. It was cheaper than the drive again. They promised $100 rebate once his neutering was done. In March 2024 he was neutered by our vet. We had copies emailed up 4 times. Tana inform us in an email to get our money through PayPal or vermno. We emailed her back that we do not have either accounts. Never a response since then. I read all the contract nowhere in the contract does it state that they only credit you the $100 in that fashion. Needless to say they sent us nothing of the $100. Don't try calling the phone number on the website it's been full since March 2024 that I know of. Apparently no one answers the emails anymore either. If anyone wants to rescue go to Wright way they stood behind every promise they made us.

All the cats are spayed/neutered, up to date on shots/ heartworm prevention, and tested for FeLV. Plus, you get all of your new cat's paperwork, and if you adopt the cat during one of the days when PetsMart is hosting them, you also end up getting a $25 credit that you can put towards anything in the store. Such a good deal! An added bonus was that 2 months ago I emailled Petropolis to find out if any of Mugi's old foster parents had any baby pictures of him, and I was sent about 25 pictures of him as a teensy little kitten within hours!

The shelter was clean and roomy. We spent a decent amount of time with the puppies but I don't think we were taking an outrageous amount of time visiting with the dogs. We wanted to make sure our four legged daughter was going to get along with our potential new family member. We all felt that one of the staff members was trying to get us in and get us out and pushing us to make a decision. In the end it all worked out well. We got a great puppy and our current dog got sister to hangout with, but if you don't take the time things could go south.
