They stopped answering their phone and didn't call back when I called them numerous times. They gave me no explanation as to why. This created a lot of trouble for me because my yard didn't get the care it has needed for over two years now. I finally found some other people recently and we're beginning to get my yard more back into shape, but it still looks awful and now will take time and more work to get my yard back to where it should be. Every customer deserves answers and not be left in the dark. I'm giving Ramos two stars here because I was happy with them when they came, but I deducted three stars because of the problems they created when they stopped coming and stopped answering their phone. I suspect they did this to others as well.

I text after 5pm and was told " I said I'll be over this afternoon " but never showed up. I'll admit I was upset but I had every reason to be because I stayed home all afternoon waiting. Anyway I found someone more professional that showed up within 10 minutes to give me a quote and that will do the job that I couldn't get these people to do !
