I informed my dentist (John) and his dental nurse (Kelly) that I was quite nervous and they were so accomodating and understanding, John explained everything he was going to do in a clear manner that had me feeling quite at ease. There were no sudden surprises. I was told that if at any time I was feeling uncomfortable they would stop what they were doing. It's been 10 hours since having the tooth removed and also having a much needed filling, the anasthetic has long worn off and I look forward to a full nights sleep without the need to take painkillers. Got a phone all at 9.15 last night booking me in for this morning and received another call this morning saying they could actually fit me in even earlier! Amazing service, and a very patient dentist (v nervous of needles etc). Wish I lived in Navan so I could attend this surgery!
