An unfortunate fellow broke down in a Burger King drive-thru. While I think the employees of Burger…read moreKing should've redirected traffic to come inside, I assumed the broken vehicle had been there for a while because they were directing traffic around it. At any rate, once I pulled around I realized I was now sandwiched in between the tow truck and another customer who pulled up behind me. Because I had to get back to work, I cancelled my order and asked the tow truck driver to pull his truck up a couple of feet to allow me to pass. He refused. I explained that I cancelled my order and obviously there was a line forming behind me and I really needed to get back to work. The tow truck driver told me that I would have to wait for him to load the broken car up before he would allow me to pass. Fortunately the car behind me got frustrated too and left after about 10 minutes of going back and forth with the driver. I was finally able to leave and super annoyed by a towing experience that I had NOTHING to do with. I was a few minutes late for work, which is not a big deal but completely unnecessary. The driver was a total tool and told me his time was more valuable than mine, which was news to me. Obviously, I called the company to file a complaint and had the pleasure of speaking with Katelin, the dispatcher. I think I must've interrupted her because she was completely annoyed and bored by what I had to say. She literally yawn into the phone...y'all she yawned. Then she proceeded to explain to me why my time was not as important as the tow truck driver's time and promptly hung up on me when she was done. Lol The people operating this company are trash and their service is proof. Here are a few other towing services I would recommend: Tallahassee Towing Companying Parkway Wrecker Services

My last car was a wreck. It started doing this cute thing where it wouldn't start when it was under…read more50 degrees in the morning, unless the sun directly shined on the hood. I went to several mechanics trying to get an answer. They kept giving me lists of things to fix. The costs were adding up. The repairs weren't fixing the problem. I went to P3 on the advice of a wannabe amateur mechanic, who used to deliver parts to the store. He told me they were honest people who wouldn't try to jerk me around. The first thing they did was tell me they would wait to look at my car until the following morning, when it was going to be cold so they could see first hand what was happening. They would not diagnose without seeing what was really wrong with the car. No other mechanic did that. Ultimately the repairs to my car weren't worth the trouble, they would cost more than the car was worth, so I sold it. But I'll be back at P3 the second my car needs something more than an oil change.

P3 Automotive cost me over $1800 to correct their errors in work done on my suspension. This…read moreincludes $943 that P3 charged for installation of coil springs and struts, which was done incorrectly in spite of my explicit, specific instructions on how to do it right. The springs were installed on the wrong end of the car. The mechanic was probably stoned or hung-over. P3 turned the car back over to me and charged me as if nothing was wrong. Anyone with any mechanical sense should have known something was wrong, as the rear end was much higher than it should have been, and the front much lower. Months later I found out that the rear springs were on the front, and not supporting the engine compartment. I blew out two new front struts because of the excess weight on the front struts. I had to buy and replace two front struts, as well as pay another mechanic to reverse the coil springs correctly. At another time, P3 charged me for a re-manufactured rear brake caliper, which it turned out was never installed. They reused the old one with new springs. Charged me over $350 for that rip-off. Avoid this outfit unless you have money to burn!

I had to keep bringing the vehicle back to them with the same problem, though they kept charging me more each time with bullshit excuses. They took no responsibility and the manager laughed it off.
