I filled out the sample survey and later on that night I received a call back. I had to answer a few more questions and verify that information. I was then told i qualified for the study. I received an email and a call the day before the study to make sure I was still participating. Of course I was!!! Once I got the site I had to show the parking attendant my parking pass that I was emailed and had to print out. The parking lot is shared with the Hyatt. After parking I went upstairs and checked in. Another group was still in session and my group had to wait. In the mean time, my name was added into an additional drawing because the majority of us showed up 15 mins before the meeting. I won the drawing which yielding me some extra cash. Score!! They also had drinks and a few snacks for us while we waited. Overall the research study was fun and I earned some extra cash for doing it.

It involved set design for multiple locations, many actors, product shots, voice-over, motion graphics, and much more. The project from the get-go was a logistical nightmare with a short execution window of under two months to map-out, script, casting, shooting, editing, and delivery of multiple assets for various formats. Another side note is I used to be on the same end like them, with a production house of my own, so I scrutinize way more than most since I know how it all works. Enter Beatt Productions. I had the pleasure of having worked with them in the past on other complex but smaller in scale productions, which they had beautifully executed. The reason I chose them time and time again is their ability to quickly take on a project and adapt to just about any scenario. In our case, having such a short production timeline would have deterred others but, Colin and his team didn't flinch. Items we thought were going to be a no-go, they were always willing to come with a solution rather than concerns. The only problem we had was my team and I not being able to keep up with their level of execution. Even then, they kept us on track, on schedule, and budget. We even changed direction on one of our scenes last minute, and they were more than accommodating. Pricing is also fair. They are in no way a cheap shop with a few pieces of gear type of operation. They cost a bit more, but they are still less expensive than most large production companies due to their small team. I can attest as I've put cost overvalue a few times and had to eat that in the long run. They've had to have them save me a few times. Overall, I'm pleased with their level of execution, quality, story, and attention to detail. I highly recommend!

I work in a billing department and inherited the job of locating a company that could print off our invoices with specified requests and requirements and expedite within a 3 day period at an affordable price. My Boss and I made an appointment to meet with a gentleman from PrintMailPro because it was a local business and not too far from the office. We got a tour of the office space and learned how everything works. The gentleman that worked with us was very patient and attentive to our questions. We negotiated a contract and as promised, the contract was emailed to us within a day. We had certain requirements that were promised to be met with (expedited shipping, split invoices by how many pages per customer and use different envelopes) and they were.We were made aware of their limitations and as a team, we worked out a process. I ended up having to work with a few different account managers within a short period of time which made me hope this wasn't going to be an ongoing trend. I like developing a relationship with someone and continuing that, knowing each others expectations and requirements. I never knew of the account management change until I sent my monthly notification e-mail. That would be the only thing that I would say needs improvement. Better communication with your client's that interact with a company representative when there are organizational changes. The initial set up was smooth in the beginning and is ongoing. I have worked with my account manager now for nearly a year and have no complaints. He has been very responsive, a good representation for the business. I do not know in terms of competitive pricing, where PrintMailPro is- but to me it does not matter. They work with our needs, and have never fallen short in regards to their service commitment to us. That alone, helps us bring in revenue for our business and is worth every cent.
