We bought a skid steer from McGrew at one of their auctions. When we picked it up, the employees helped us get situated and when we busted a tire on our trailer an hour later and returned right before closing, they helped us remove the tire completely and let us park our new purchase back where it started. They also offered to let us keep our trailer there if we wanted to return on a later date to fix the wheel. We can't speak of the rentals, but the auction and the general service at McGrew was above and beyond for us. Justin and Andrew went out of their way to help us right at closing. Bonus: if you have a 4 year old that is obsessed with equipment, this will be their happiest place. read more

I chose to rent a mini excavator here because it's really close to my house. I had to delay drop off a day due to snow and then call to remind them to drop it off when it didn't show up on time. Seemed like they forgot. Ran it 2 hours and the tank was almost empty. I never looked to see it was full. When I called to ask if it was full, or how many hours were on it before pickup, no one seemed to know what was happening. Now they did let me borrow a tank so I could go get more fuel, but I should have easily run 8 hours of it was full in the first place. The piece of equipment was fine and in good shape. Just seems like no one really knows what's going on. I think I'll look further into other options before I rent here again. read more

I would choose another place to have your husqvarna serviced. Their priority is the auction and you will be treated poorly and your mower will be treated even worse. Mine took forever for a warranty repair and was returned with other issues that needed resolved later. Never again! read more
