Dr McGrath did a crown for me. The first crown was formed wrong. After a few weeks I was fitted with a second one. At the fitting I told dr McGrath it felt too big and my teeth were in pain. ("My teeth are screaming in pain! This can't be right!")He told me to go home and I'd feel fine soon. The next day, a Friday, I called saying my mouth was miserable from the pain. He told me to take two pain killer pills and I'd be fine. The next day, a Saturday, I called back. I hadn't been able to sleep, my pain was horrific. I left the message, no one returned it. On Sunday I again left a message with the " on call" dentist- ( answering machine) my teeth were in severe pain, blood in my mouth, and teeth out of alignment. No reply. I considered going to the emergency room, but I wasn't exactly sure what they could do for me. When I finally got back in to see dr McGrath and showed him how my teeth were now crooked, he said " you can't prove I did that"!!!!!!!!!!!!! It took 5 months, and 3 crowns, to get my crown right. I am now in an orthodontists care for 9 months to straighten my teeth back, and Dr McGrath refused to help pay for it. He is responsible for my crooked teeth!!! If you are considering a crown run fast in the opposite direction!!! read more
