Our truck was taken in for an ac repair. The repair was done incorrectly , causing soaked carpet &…read moremold inside the truck. A part with screws was found under one seat. This resulted in returning the truck twice to Tuffy, leaving no transportation to work for the second week. The truck was at this location for two weeks. We were told new carpet was on order to replace the moldy carpet & a detailer would clean & do mold remediation. Neither happened. A mechanic at Tuffy cleaned the truck. The GM was involved & limited what would be done. Anyone who lives in FL knows how detrimental mold is to your health. We have spent thousands this year at this location for three car repairs. Tuffy puts profit over safety. We are going elsewhere for repair of our family cars.

I took my 2013 Porsche Cayenne S in to have the BRAND new Porsche factory tire pressure sensors…read moreinstalled, and they could not activate the factory sensors. The Owner Scott told me he can program the Autel TPMS sensors as that is what he has a tool for and what he recommends. SO I ordered a set of Autle sensors took it in and waited three hours while they installed and then attempted to activate the sensors and they still could not get the job done now I live 45 minutes away from these so-called experts so now I have made six round trips here to this store spent now $500 bucks and still they do not work? So I called Autel tech support. Going back one of the things they told me is they programmed the sensors to 315 frequency and then took the tires back down in order to reprogram to 433 and after speaking with Autel none of this was true as the tool will not let you program these to 315 as that is not an option after you enter the year as 433 is the ONLY option you can choose. then Scott told me SEE THIS IS WHY WE USE ARE ON SENSORS YOUR ARE NO GOOD CAN NOT BE PROGRAMMED??? So I took a chance as I used to own a Porsche repair center but retired now and I ordered the Autel TPMS 508 tool $233 bucks today I spent 30 minutes programming and activating the same sensors with the same tool they were using and guess what they now work. The two guys trying to program the sensors they didn't know what they are doing and On top of all that when I tried to talk to them, they got defensive yelled at me then hung up the phone on me. All the technicians had to do was properly enter the correct data as prompted by the Autel tool screen as I did by copying the sensors ID and manually imputing then activation and they now work perfectly so not much of an Expert tire center are they?

Called Paul late after hours on a friday afternoon about helping out some retired folks I met broke…read moredown on the side of the road. They were supposed to leave back to Indiana the next day and had no place to stay if they could not get their car fixed the next day. After explaing the situation to Paul he said "I can make that happen tomorrow." We thought it was just a belt, but it was also the compressor that was bad. He ordered the parts and got it done. This type of service is very rare in our "vacation pace" area. Calling a person well after 5pm on a Friday with an emergency repair and actually getting it done is the type of action that people don't forget. Thanks Paul!!

I heard Tuffy could plug tires since the nail was in the middle of the tread. I will definitely recommend them and I will definitely be using them for my future tire needs.

I called them late in the day, and Bill got me in the next morning. They diagnosed my car in 30 minutes and determined it was the left rear ball bearing going bad. Due to the age of my car, they asked if I wanted to replace both the right and left bearings, which I agree should be done. They got the parts and had the car repaired before 3pm same day. They fixed the issue and the car is doing great. Bill did a great job of communication, and it was an easy process. The one great thing that shows great integrity is the final invoice I paid was less than the quote. They could have charged the quoted price and earned a little extra money, but they didn't! I will use them again in the future.
