CrossFit G2 is an excellent box with quality equipment, fantastic coaches and a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. They treated me like family from my first day. The programming is great. From strength to metcon to olympic lifts, they do it all. Challenging, yet scalable to any ability. They also have classes that focus on mobility.
