I was going through a very difficult divorce, and Michael was incredibly compassionate, understanding, and helpful. He took the time to listen to me, provided me with valuable advice, and helped guide me through a very stressful and challenging period. His kindness and support meant more to me than I can express. Michael was also extremely generous in providing me with a discount on my attorney fees, which I sincerely appreciated. From the bottom of my heart, thank you, Michael, for your kindness, understanding, and support when I needed it most. From the beginning, everyone I interacted with at the firm was professional, compassionate, and respectful. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explain the process clearly, and make sure I understood my options. During such a stressful and difficult time, their professionalism and compassion made a meaningful difference. I am truly grateful for the assistance I received and would highly recommend this law firm to anyone looking for knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate legal representation.

I can't imagine how a law firm can have this sort of unprofessional representation. We actually feel relieved that we did not end up working with them.

Hardly ever returned calls or emails in a timely fashion. 3. When I had an emergency in my divorce regarding my children, I called his office and he took two weeks to return my call. The only reason he called me back is because the Law Guardian called for an emergency hearing. When we went to court for the hearing he wasn't prepared to represent what happened even though I supplied him with evidence which would have helped my case. 4. After firing him, he refused to send me my file unless I paid him a final bill. Once I did, the file was so small that my new attorney was shocked and mentioned that I should sue him once the case was over with. Luckily for him, I didn't.

My experience was extremely frustrating and ultimately very costly. I felt that I could never…read moreactually get through to my attorney because communication was almost completely controlled by his assistant. Getting answers, having calls returned, and getting clear information about what was happening became an ongoing struggle. What was especially upsetting was that I rely on this attorney to properly handle an important real estate transaction, and I feel that his lack of knowlege and attention to the matter resulted in significant unneccessary costs and stress for me. I should not have had to repeatedly chase down information or question whether things were being handled correctly. The entire process left me feeling that my interests were not being adequately represented. For the amount of money I paid, I expected competent legal guidance, clear communication, and someone who would take responsibility for my transaction. All of his numbers on prior closing statement were incorrect and not in my favor. Even post closing when everything was supposed to have been handled, I am incurring costs. I would not use this attorney ever and based on my experience I would encourage anyone looking for a real estate attorney not to look at his 5 star review, instead ask for his references from clients.

They helped me navigate an incredibly stressful situation involving a mechanic's lien placed on my property at the 11th hour. It turned out I had been scammed by my contractor and realtor working together, and I was completely blindsided right before closing. Thankfully, George and his team were on it immediately and walked me through the bonding process so the sale could move forward. I felt safe, supported, and heard the entire time. They explained everything clearly, responded quickly, and treated me like a real person -- not just another case. I'm beyond grateful to have had their help during such a chaotic and painful situation. If you're dealing with a real estate legal issue -- especially one that comes out of nowhere -- I can't recommend them enough.

We've worked with Francesca and George on two challenging real estate transactions. The first transaction involved purchasing a cooperative from an estate at the height of the pandemic. Ongoing issues with the pandemic, the estate and title made this cooperative almost impossible to close with a conventional mortgage. However, Francesca was able to handle the impossible and get our cooperative closed when we needed it. Our most recent transaction involved purchasing a real estate owned home from a bank which presented its own unique set of challenges and a stringent timeline for closing. George was able to get issues with title cleared in time for us to close within 28 days of going into contract. We can't say enough about Francesca and George. We will use them again and recommend you hire them for all of your real estate needs.
