When I asked my fellow professionals who they liked, the name that was mentioned repeatedly was Kimberly Granatino and Associates in Norwell, Mass. So I did my research, set an appointment and had an outstanding meeting with her and her team. I've dealt with many attorneys over the last twenty-five years and I give Kimberly a total of FIVE stars because of her brilliance, excellent communication skills, experience, thorough understanding of the law and an explanation of my options in the matter I had. She is also excellent in court and that made a big difference in my view of her. She is truly excellent in every way! I have high standards when it comes to excellent customer service and professionalism. I found Kimberly Granatino to be a winner in every way! Neil Wood

The first time we went to court she made so many mistakes the judge started yelling at her. She was told by several people the judge would not hear any motions that day, so of course she tried 5 times to get the judge to hear her motion. That experience only made her want to bill me more for doing NOTHING! $35,000 later I hired a new attorney that navigated my divorce in an efficient and professional manner for a fair price. Please consider anyone else for your divorce!!

The first lawyer I hired encouraged me to plead out and I refused so he decided not to represent me after keeping my retainer. I then hired Attorney Geraghty and I am so happy that I did! He knew the laws inside and out and was always extremely prepared. He recommended a bench trial and after a 45 minute trial and very short deliberation, I was found not guilty on all charges. When I checked his reviews on Avvo, I noticed there were quite a few of them. I can't help but think that I might have written a different review had my case turned out differently. It's taken me nearly six months to share this because the inspiration came from a recent incident involving a friend who was pulled over for OUI. I was Googling Joe Higgins' name to pass on his information to my friend, and that's when I stumbled upon the other reviews. Ultimately, the choice is entirely yours. Like I mentioned, I didn't have to endure a trial; my case was dismissed because Joe diligently uncovered legal technicalities from the arrest and video evidence. In my honest opinion, he left no stone unturned. Before I hired him, I had a phone consultation, and it gave me the confidence that he was the right fit for my case. Whether you decide to reach out to him or explore other options, it's completely up to you. I understand what you're going through, and I wish you the best of luck with your legal situation! I was there!
