The first time we went to court she made so many mistakes the judge started yelling at her. She was told by several people the judge would not hear any motions that day, so of course she tried 5 times to get the judge to hear her motion. That experience only made her want to bill me more for doing NOTHING! $35,000 later I hired a new attorney that navigated my divorce in an efficient and professional manner for a fair price. Please consider anyone else for your divorce!!

Her…read morewarmth and understanding guided me through some of the darkest hours of my life, as well as, the traumatizing experiences of the courts during my divorce. When I met Kim I knew she was the best fit for me. I interviewed many attorneys on the south shore and none of them connected or advocated for me, my children and my case more than she did. Kim's dedication to my case, my family and myself was unmeasured. She was able to get me everything I wanted and more when my divorce was finalized. Divorce is expensive, especially if you are dealing with an ex with a high conflict personality. Unfortunately, Most of the money I spent was due to the other side. However, I knew I was in the best, well prepared hands whenever I stood in that courtroom. I would recommend everyone have an attorney like Kim.

I…read moreunderstand that people can become upset when they don't get the outcome they were hoping for, and that's often when negative reviews surface. When I checked his reviews on Avvo, I noticed there were quite a few of them. I can't help but think that I might have written a different review had my case turned out differently. It's taken me nearly six months to share this because the inspiration came from a recent incident involving a friend who was pulled over for OUI. I was Googling Joe Higgins' name to pass on his information to my friend, and that's when I stumbled upon the other reviews. Ultimately, the choice is entirely yours. Like I mentioned, I didn't have to endure a trial; my case was dismissed because Joe diligently uncovered legal technicalities from the arrest and video evidence. In my honest opinion, he left no stone unturned. Before I hired him, I had a phone consultation, and it gave me the confidence that he was the right fit for my case. Whether you decide to reach out to him or explore other options, it's completely up to you. I understand what you're going through, and I wish you the best of luck with your legal situation! I was there!
