Review is for the drive-thru. Stopped by to grab a quick breakfast on a long trip east to Pittsburgh on I-70. It was a Saturday morning and the familiar golden arches summoned us off the interstate for a cheap breakfast of the sausage burritos, sausage McMuffins, and hash browns. As we pulled into the lot, the place was packed! I figured we were in for a long wait, but to my pleasant surprise, the line moved fast! Both employees at each window were friendly and our food was ready to go with no wait. Best part, our order was correct! Yay! Added bonus for the care of the restaurant. As we were in line I observed an employee running a powerwasher giving the place a routine cleaning. Next time I'm east on I-70, I won't hesitate to stop here again. read more

Dosnt matter what time of day get pulled forward to a spot to wait on food might as well make whole parking lot drive threw spots

The service was excellent, the food was fresh, and the seating was comfortable--overall a great stop while on the road

Spent $30 on food there. Ordered nuggets and told them 3 different sauces and received none of them.

Amazing service gave me my food fresh and amazing quality orders the nuggets and they gave me amazing crispy nuggets and gave me a free drink while they were at it recommended my friends to pull up read more

I have never been to a more incompetent business, if a business is even what you want to call it. The automated machine that takes your order messes it up every single time. I am asked to pull up to wait every single time I order ANYTHING in the drive thru, even just a drink. They mess up even the simplest requests. They give you the smallest amount of French fries and they're usually uncooked or over cooked or just plain disgusting and taste old. When you ask them not to put something on your sandwich they add extra or forget to add something that is supposed to be on it. I wouldn't take my dog to eat there. TERRIBLE excuse for a McDonald's. I also wouldn't even give them 1 star if I didn't have to. read more

We ordered a chicken sandwich with extra Mayo and add cheese. Here's how it came: NO cheese, no extra Mayo, and a whole STACK of tomatoes like they didn't even bother putting this sandwich together. Not to mention we also ordered a cheeseburger with no pickle no onion, and it came with BOTH pickles and onions on it. Like, can they do anything right?? If you pay for something it should be how it's supposed to be. Annoying af they didn't even try. read more

McDonald's - Chicken sandwich with a whole stack of tomatoes. Didn't bother to actually put the sandwich together & missing the cheese I paid extra for. - Fast Food Near Me - Zanesville, Ohio

AVOID THIS MCDONALDS unless you don't mind waiting 20 minutes for your food to find out they screwed the order up. This is not an exaggeration. The most poorly run fast food restaurant I have ever seen!!!!! Not sure how I ended up with an egg and no muffin!?!?!?!? I asked for no cheese meat or butter. read more

McDonald's - a bowl of soup on a table - Fast Food Near Me - Zanesville, Ohio

Literally was the fastest drive-thru I have ever been too so made me worry food wasn't going to be very great but let me tell you bet McDonald's I have ever had! Everything was fresh and hot! Would travel to Indy again just to hit this McDonald's! read more

25 minutes for a coffee ? Yikes. Disappointed, heartbroken, devastated, you name it. I feel it. read more

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. This McDonald's is close to my home and I've given it many chances to prove that their problems could be chalked up to a bad day. They have never, yes I mean never, gotten my order correct. It is usually absent a portion of my order or something completely different. Do not leave without checking the bag, opening the wrapper, and tasting your drink first. read more

It has a very nice interior and best of is the kids area and play place. They have a bathroom with a kids potty and changing table in the play place. The negatives could be the fact that they had no napkins and they seemed to be a little slow. read more

didnt give me my french fries and when i went back in to order a medium they gave me a small

I don't leave one star reviews, on our trip from Nj to Indiana we wanted to stop to stretch our legs and grab a quick bite to eat and get back on the road. This establishment had the RUDEST staff I've ever encountered. We tried to politely ask where our food was after waiting 15 min. Said excuse me a few times got looked at and then had eye rolls and no one came to the front to see what we needed. After sitting back down and waiting another 10 min the lady comes out with our order (we had ordered on the touch screen to table) she just half heartily tossed it down and started to walk away. I said thank you twice and got no response so I yelled THANK YOU to the lady she turned around and said "yeah your welcome sweet heart" very sarcastically. Our food was cold, we were missing drinks and when we told them we were missing drinks we were told to get them ourselves (which we couldn't because they were smoothies, and a bottled water not soft drinks. We had to explain that to them before we go our beverages. In short, I don't expect much from a fast food place but I do expect customer service to be up to par and not have rude staff with bad attitudes. read more

It amazes me on why this place is still in business after all of these years of poor, slower service. Yesterday I had to wait an extra 20 minutes on my smoothie. 20 minutes? While I waited, so did 3-4 other people at any given time. One person waited on a large coke. Really, waited on a coke? The past 5 (and last ever) visits to McDonald's, service was inaccurate and poor quality. Never again for this family. read more

Not good at all. Ordered two quarter pounder with cheese sandwiches and a double cheeseburger. Get our food thru the drive thru and they forgot the double cheeseburger! Had to go inside to get it and the worker shouted back to someone in the back to get it, only to be told to "just relax, it's coming!" like it wasn't a priority at all. Glad to see they could less about their customers. The hamburgers were also cold and not fresh. Will not be back! read more

This is one of the nicest McDonalds in the area! They are a little slow which is why they did not get 5 stars. The dining room is nice, and clean. The children's play place is nice and has a lot of seating. The bathrooms are average as well. If you are going to choose a McDonald's in the Zanesville area then choose this one. read more

25 min to get wrong food I ordered a Big Mac meal and it was a mess the fries were very cold the employees seemed clueless to what was going on also I was told I was only allowed one buffalo sauce per meal and was over charged for side of Mack sauce 3$ for a side of Mack .... read more

Stopped at this location for a bathroom break and Big Mac meal. No customers were there and we were still forced to use the kiosk. Meal was cold and French fries tasted like they haven't been fresh in days. The soda counter and tables were also a mess. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION! read more

This is the only McDonalds in our area with a play place. The service was great but the restaurant it's self was filthy. The drinks counter, the dining area, and the bathrooms were all very dirty. They appeared to not have been cleaned for several days. The food was ok. I really hope this place can get its act together. My kids enjoy coming to the play area. read more

they have the worst people working for them. they are all very rude and the managers are the worst. i think one of their names is tanya. i was told just to go in and give the name of heidi and i was to get 2 meals for the way i was treated during a previous visit. when i mentioned the name i was told by tanya that she could not do it without heidi's approval. then another employee would not give her name was also extremely rude to me also telling tanya that i did the same thing during last visit when i was treated very rudely then also. i had ordered a happy meal for my granddaughter and they neglected to inform me and other customers they were out of apple slices for the happy meals but they were not giving anything to replace them. this place has to be the worst mcdonalds in america. if i could give negative stars they would get a bunch. they even blocked the phone number so i could not call and leave a message. that is all for now but i will be back with more. unfortunately i had to give a star or this review would not be submitted. read more

They make the perfect RARE Quarter pounder....it you like RAW hamburger. They also make the perfect RARE Egg McMuffin....if you like SLIMY uncooked egg whites. I've complained and complained to management at this McDonalds and was assured they would fix these problems. Never happened....never going to happen. It seems they just don't care. They also make the SALTIEST McDouble around. No real Burger taste.....just SALT. Nearly inedible......I just don't think the management at this restaurant cares !!!! read more

I bought a Big Mac meal with no onions. When I got it home, the box had the sticker on it saying no onions. when I opened the box, the sandwich had so many onions they were falling off the buns. Not to mention the meat was cooked so much it was black and rubbery. My fries were ice cold and chewey. This happens every time I go, they always mess it up somehow... read more

Consistent on good hot food & correct orders. Also, their ice cream machine is working most of the time. Would recommend west pike mcdonalds! read more

Not a clean table in the entire building. I waited forever for my order to come. Turns out, my food order was erased from their system & the gentleman ahead of me waited 30 mins. On two coffees. The drink station was flooded around the floor area & the restroom smelled like urine and there was no toilet paper to even wipe the piss from the toilet seat. Service is terrible. No, McDonald's employees don't deserve $15 an hour read more

When we walked in this guy walked out and had us do labor. He had us walk out and check the light. That was the best part, doing labor. Then we went to the bathroom as a family. My dad was complain that I am taller than him. My moms toilet kept flushing. Then we went to the car people were making laughing faces bc I didn't have a shirt on. Then we went into the car. It went well. We pulled up on this feminent man. He did not respect my othority. Then I told him I want some food he asked what like 5 times. Then when we finally got our order put down we pulled up on his mcdonalds and we was like blah blah gang gang wit our BB guns then we paid and we pulled up on another feminent man and he did not give us frie so I asked for 4 frie and he gave me 3 so I caught him hen we pulled away and da po po came and cought our "A" read more

This McDonald's is close and convenient to Interstate 70 on the west side of zanesville. It also has a kids play place. The food is low quality, even for mcdonalds. They have messed up several orders of mine and I try to avoid this place as much as possible. read more
