Food came and I was told repeatedly (probably 5 times) that the milkshake was on the way. Waited close to an hour for a single milkshake. I finished my food and waited another 15 minutes for my milkshake while still being told it was on its way. I finally went up for a refund and as I was standing there she decided to finally make the milkshake. Then proceeded to take it out to the people that were now sat where I had been sitting. They obviously said "we didn't order that" and her response was "Well do you want to buy it for $10?". I will never be going back and telling everyone I know to do the same.

I decided to order the Boston cheese and saw an ad for their app which I downloaded to get free chips (fries). The food came out relatively fast and was a lot better than I expected. Their sauce is similar to a thousand island, which is so hard to find here in Australia! The customer service was fantastic. There was only two workers and several diners but they kept checking up on everyone and making sure everything was good. Would definitely return! So glad that this is a chain burger shop. Will be visiting their other locations in the future.

Needless to say this store is a beautifully built store completely fitted with their latest interior trends and furnishings. I love it. It's amazing to look at and just feels modern, fresh, realistic, clean, and very comfortable. Almost looks as if opening day was just yesterday. Anyway my parents and I came here for brunch one morning on a Saturday. There was nobody else in store waiting for goods or waiting to be served. My parents went to the cafe counter as they wanted more coffee and cake, whilst I was more for some late breakfast. I ordered a muffin on its own, and the girl behind the counter was friendly enough. I asked for an egg to be added, and as she couldn't find the button to add it onto the system she simply just told them to add one in, leading to me not having to pay. So that's a bit of a plus. Although I ended up waiting 5 minutes for my food!! I don't know how. I was the only one there. No other customers came up wanting to order. There was at least more than 5 staff members in the kitchen area at that time. So I walked away not hugely impressed. Not having to pay extra for my egg was good, but seemed like some type of lacking coordination may have been going on back there. I've worked in a small cafe where we've sold made-to-order breakfast muffin-like rolls and even during peak times I've never struggled to get out someone's food that basic in an excessive amount of time. On the other side of that it was still quite yum. And the manager did apologise for the wait, so nothing went in vain.
