Pricing has gotten ridiculous yet the service and cleanliness hasn't. Definitely a last visit for our family.

They regularly leave trainees and other workers doing the jobs of at least 3 to 4 people. They would have one person doing the grill, making the orders, doing all the friers, except French fries, that is why the service sucks, they treat the employees like mechanical monkeys and then scream at them for their orders when their batteries run out, instead of helping them. read more

Why did we go here? Maybe just get drinks from here is the way to go. It's so frustrating to want something and they are out. Both times no apple pies. The last meal we got on the way out of town was horrible. The burgers tasted old and cold. The fries were cold and limp. Everyone's meal was such a disappointment. In the trash it went and we ate at another place. So again we go back, our mistake. This time calling corporate. Spicy chicken had hardly any sauce and bun was burnt on both sides. All the fries hard as a rock and no salt. Disgusting food two times now. We will never go back. Do yourself a favor and go to One of the many places around McDonald's. Stay clear of here. Honestly the only thing worse than the service here, is the food here. It's been a while since I've gotten the correct order from this location, it's more fun to see how close to a meme run of Papa's Burgeria the staff can assemble my food. They are constantly out of random ingredients for key menu items, despite other locations having it in stock. It's ironic how the only thing that frowns at me more than the food is the people making it. Other McDonald's locations can cook you great tasting food with a smile but for some reason this ones has fallen behind in that race, and is actively running backwards. If there's a McDonald's nearer to you, or even any other fast food restaurant, I'd highly recommend you stay far away from this location, let's not forget when they were shut down for "health reasons." They cut back from doing all day breakfast to shut down breakfast at 10:30, so when I went there for breakfast at 10:25, I was made to order on the lunch menu even though I was under the impression that breakfast would be running until 11. When I bit into the Double Quarter Pounder that was leaning more than the Tower of Pisa, it tasted like the color gray, pencil lead even, despite the sauce and cheese on it. It had more mustard on it than Burger King puts on their burgers, and was slightly pink in the center so I couldn't finish it. The fries I was made to wait on were hard, overcooked, and unsalted - hardly edible. The best part of my combo was the Coke, which was devoid of ice somehow. Save your money and time, eat literally anywhere else. With zero training or cooking experience I feel confident the average adult could cook a better meal while drunk. read more

We ordered curbside pick up. Are arrived and clicked the button on the app saying we arrived. The drive thru line was long at first so we waited. 20 minutes went past and still no food. So I went inside I waited for a person to ask me what I needed I probably waited 5-6 minutes till a person talked to me. While I was waiting a worked asked if curbside order was done, when they found out we were still waiting he said "they're probably pissed." They finally asked if I need anything when I said I was curbside side he said oh. I still waited a couple more minutes till I got my food. How is this McDonald's still open? When I first walked in I noticed the door was replace with a counter kiosk due to COVID (understandable), I had then noticed food and all sorts of trash in the room with us. After 3 min of waiting the worker came over annoyed at us and later finding out that it was not us but his coworkers. Anyways, after 10 min of waiting for 3 prepaid sandwiches 2 fries with NO SALT and a few chicken nuggets we had to wait another 8 min to get drinks. As we waited the manager began to lock the outside doors and waiting for us to leave. As we finally got are drinks one of the workers said "Never work with family it sucks" and began to walk away real fast with the manager standing right by us. It's McDonald's ya know....they make you angry and then happy. Ours here in big city Ohio kinda blah. Food is typically cold and the buns have sat under the heat lamp way too long. But like I said , that's Mcdonalds overall. They are open all night here so it's not really a choice at times but it works nonetheless. My husband and I stopped at McDonalds in Uhrichsville, Ohio. They now have two machines to place your order and pay there. The young man working there walked over and ask us if we wanted to place an order on the machine, my husband told him "No", we walked over to the cash registers, the young man walked over and the manager thanked him for what he did, then she says "Go over and take their order". They seemed upset by our actions. A family of three entered and stood by us and placed an order. I think it is ridiculous to have these machines to order from, doesn't people realize it's putting people out of jobs? We will NEVER go back!! read more
