I have often contemplated on stopping my indulgence due to the accompanied inconvenience, however, I keep finding myself here! The burgers are the best I have tasted in Toulouse! The fries that come along are sublimely divine! I know I'm a nobody but this joint gets a 5 star rating for their burgers alone. It is simply that good. However I do see this place putting off a lot of people because frankly they are simply way too small (2 people) with people queueing forever to dig into those succulent burgers. The sad truth is if they don't scale up my review may have to be edited as it's funeral memoir!

Immediately acknowledged and directed to tablet to order. I did not notice an easy toggle to select English, but the photos were enough to help us make our selections. Easy to customize various ingredients, such as meat choice, condiments, and side orders (if you order a meal, single items also available). I was able to find an outdoor table and the order was brought out to me within 10 minutes. Burger was delicious - moist and flavorful. Delicious bun. Fries/chips were crisp on the outside and tender inside. Ketchup and napkins were provided. Although we didn't dine-in, over the last few days I have walked by on several occasions and they are consistently serving a lively clientele. Clearly popular with locals and tourists, alike. Music playing, but not too loud to engage in conversation. Nice surprise!
