Not a word was said to me as I stood for just shy of 10 minutes for an order-ahead mobile order. Ambience: again, it's McDonald's. What real ambience do you get from it. They have intentionally designed it to be off putting so people won't stay to dine in and when they do, the search is on for a clean table to sit at. McDonald's is at absolute shyte-hole. Everything that could go down hill has. I would point out that this nt just this location, this is the norm across ALL of McDonald's. Avoid at all possible costs. There's another McDs on US 1 about 7 min away. Came for breakfast this morning. Dining room had no heat and was about 60 degrees. Order came pretty quickly but there was no salt or pepper out. Asked for it....but they forgot. Had to ask again and she was apologetic. Dining room was empty and employee was sweeping at my feet while I was eating. Told her the dining room was empty and she didn't have to be doing that while I was sitting here. Egg McMuffin tasted like something I never had. Maybe the egg or Canadian bacon met something else on the grill. Hash brown was ice cold and had to ask for a new one. That took 5 min. Went for a refill on my drink and the ice was almost out and the Diet Coke was out on the side I tried. I'm sure they're short staffed like many places but I'll not be returning here. Let me start off by saying that I normally don't yelp/rate fast food establishments. The reason I'm rating and yelping this place is because of the customer service. Fast food is fast food. Sometimes you get what you get. I get that we all expect a certain satisfactory when it comes to you get what you pay for. I am strictly only commenting on customer service for this location. I order through drive-thru originally. Turns out my large fries were less than satisfactory. I debated while driving out of the lot if I wanted to return to get fresh fries or not. I decided I wanted to get fresh fries and hope that they wouldn't make a big deal about it. I was craving for fries. Baaaaad. I went in with my order receipt in hand and all. Explained to the associates that if it'd be possible to get fresh fries and I apologized for the inconvenience. They were happily to do so. Waited for about 2 1/2 minutes as I was told that a new batch was just cooking up. No problem on my part. While waiting, this young lady, I assumed to be a manager offered me either an Apple pie or a cookie for my troubles. She totally didn't have too, but was more than happy to do so. All with a smile on her face. I was extra appreciative of that knowing that she didn't have too. The whole time, all smiles and good customer service all around. I don't frequent this location often if ever but I'd come back for my fry cravings for this type of customer service. read more

They usually get my order correct here when I use the drive through, so that is a plus. A minus is the ice cream machine is frequently not working. This seems to be happening regularly. Service is usually quite efficient here when I have stopped and the food is not cold or stale. read more

My neighbor and I went to McDonald's, had a couple of burgers and drinks. Before leaving we decided to have a couple of hot fudge Sundays. I went to the counter and ordered them. We wanted extra chocolate and the cashier said there would be an extra charge so I paid $6.41 . I went back to the table and we waited 20 minutes. No Sundays. I went back to the counter and complained. I ended up talking to a young black girl who was the manager and she claimed that I only paid for one. She also produced a receipt and said you only paid for one and you have only been waiting 10 minutes. She finally gave me the two Sundays and totally blew me off. Went there Sunday ordered 5 MC griddles 5 hash brown and 1 coffee. Know one behind me in line. They handed me my coffee and told me to put up to spot #1. 20 some minutes later a young white girl walked out in McDonald's uniform and tried to give me someone else order. She was so high she had know idea what I was saying. Her eyes were shut and seamed like she was passing out standing there. I told her it's not my order 7 time's. I went there again later that day and I was going to say something to the manager but they all were talking crap about the customers that were there including myself. The racist and belittling remarks of the handicap are unacceptable. This place needs to be shut down and rehire all positions, including the manager.i see this place getting sued. Soon, it unfortunate there's many people who work and do their job. The you lady that did bring my food was very polite and curious. She was visibly upset from what was going on inside I feel for her you can tell she enjoys her job but her co-workers are making it unbearable you could see it in her. I have to say the staff here are almost overly polite to the point I thought I was in Pleasantville. Each table has flowers in a tiny vase and although they are fake it adds a nice touch to interior of the restaurant. Their ketchup dispensers (both) looked more like coffee pot valves but neither worked but there was ketchup packs beside them. The current specials going on (mix 2 for 5 dollars) and the 1.49 any size iced coffee allowed myself and my wife to both have a sandwich, share a large fries and the drink all for barely 9 bucks. What I also thought was cool is that you didn't have to wait for your food at the counter. They gave you a number and they brought the food to you when it was ready. I noticed they don't have the create your own taste pay and order system here though. They offer 2 Egg McMuffins for 3.50... It must be nice to have these kind of specials all the time in the US. Rating should be ZERO!!!!! Absolutely the number one McDonald's to STAY AWAY from is the one in Titusville, FL on Ronald McNair Way. My kids and I were in the drive thru line for 10 through 15 minutes and when I got to the speaker to order I was told they were directed to close the store and could not take anymore orders. This is a 24 hour store that had a line of customers and we were all turned away. I would understand if it was an emergency or they put something up to block the line so we don't waste our time waiting to get NO SERVICE. I called and was informed by the shift manager, Kristen, that she shut the whole drive through down to get her store and line in order.
