We were so happy when we drove by today and saw that the McDonald's is open again. We don't live nearby, but we're out here, two or three times a year. We are thrilled with how the pick up area is and the playground for the kids. everyone is so kind we had at least three different people come up to us and talk to us and tell us about the new McDonald's. We will definitely be back when we're in the area and highly recommend you come to and give it a try the food is hot and delicious and the restaurants are very clean. Not sure what has happened to this place in recent months but I've never had such bad service before in all the years it's been there. I ordered a one cheeseburger and ending up waiting in the drive thru holding spot for 8 min. It was only 11:15 am There were 7 cars pulled into the holding spots and no line through the drive thru. I finally just left after about 8 min waiting. That was just the Last time I was to this McDonalds and things appeared to be unlike what you expect from a McDonalds as far as timely service. From vacation, to those mornings coming back from your friend's house. It's always there to pick you up and get you going. The Bacon Egg & Cheese McGriddle, is one of the best foods I have ever tried. That alone puts Mcdonald's in the highest echelon for me! It's my go to order in the morning. Don't even get me started about the app too, the best deals ever! For three dollars I can get McNuggets AND a Double Cheese??? Get out of here! That's great pricing right there. I may be biased, cause I am very broke, and the prices are kind to me here. But I do not care! Mcdonald's is never going to be perfect, but this one always hits. I just avoid going inside. Very scary people and workers in there, sometimes the food takes way too long when you order inside. Went here today and ordered a iced vanilla coffee with sugar free syrup... and the lady taking my order couldn't figure it out. She told me, "It comes with creamer" and there was a long pause. I replied, "I know. Instead of the regular syrup, I want the sugar free syrup." At the next window a different lady had to clarify with me, and then chastised me telling me, "Next time you order say you want the sugar free vanilla iced coffee." I've been ordering the drink like that for over 10 years. First off, I didn't realize it was that much of a stretch from "iced vanilla coffee with sugar-free syrup" to "sugar-free iced vanilla coffee". Second, when I do order it like that with sugar free at the front, many times I get the regular syrup in the coffee. Ok this McDonalds is impressive if you dine inside. First off their nuggets are the best ever. Top notch, high grade chicken nuggets. Better than any other chicken nuggets, God must have created these nuggets by hand. Idk what it is but they are always fresh and hot and super crispy. Plus, they bring your food to you. You sit and they bring it to the table. Pretty impressive actually. There is always new staff here and some are kinda eh, don't really seem like they want to be at work. A lot of them are nice and take pride in their job though. This is actually a pretty good McDonalds but drive through will give you PTSD when you leave. It's horrible and packed all the time. Possibly the slowest McDonald's I've ever been at. No matter the time of day, except to be in line for at least 15 minutes. Even if the line is just at the speakers, they still take forever. Sometimes they forget to use both speakers, so I waited at one for 10 minutes while they took 2 other cars' orders at the other speaker, even though I was there first. I know this is not a 5 star restaurant but as far as Fast Food goes....this has to be the WORST McDonald's or Fast Food restaurant I've ever been to. Last trip I made there....I actually poured out OIL from the hash brown baggie holder (about a 2-3 TABLE SPOONS just in bag alone) and then had to dab off hash brown with about 3 more napkins afterwards just so I was not eating oil filled hash brown. How stupid do you have to be to know that this means they are cooking lower temperatures and longer periods of time than they should be for this item. These cooks at this location need to go back for re-schooling at McDonald's university or simply FIRED!!! And the Managers (I'd fire 2-3 of the Mgrs in a heartbeat) for the most part at this location as well. It's a Mcdonald's, staff is under paid but still manages to be friendly and polite. Generally fairly quick, at least during breakfast.

Terrible quality of food being served. Nothing is remotely the same temperature. Most things are OVERCOOKED. I went thru the drive thru, placed my order they read it back to me and it was correct, I paid at the window and was told to move up to the third window to wait for my food that was still being prepared. Got my food in 15 min then get home and low and behold they got my order wrong.. instead of a double quarter pounder I got a single and instead of the two 6 piece tenders I got one 6 piece tender. Service is generally quick in drive thru. Staff is mostly polite, although there are a few at the hand out window who could learn how to say "hello" and "thank you". The real problem comes with accuracy. I had 3 messed up orders in 3 in a row visits. Only complained about one of them but lately their accuracy on special sandwiches has been terrible.
