First of all, it is a 4 starts for this type of restaurants and what you can expect in a food court. Trying not to go for a processed meat or pizza or deep fried and not in the mood for Indian, I have ordered their healthy plate with Salmon for 98 SEK What I got was impressively well cooked and fresh. A well-good piece of Salmon, fresh half avocado, bulgur and veggies. A "lagom" portion, for me, of course ;) It took around 15-20 minutes to get the food but salmon piece came nice and warm, explaining the waiting time. What I don't like at food courts is that I normally get a plate filled up with everything, all on the top of each other, a messy unnecessarily huge portion. I can definitely recommend this hälsotalrik to avoid that mess, a healthy portion for less than 100 SEK It also includes the drink if you are the cola type person.

The sauce was heavier, velvety and creamy, and the potatoes were oh so fluffy. The berries were tart and fresh. I loved my fish, too... the hazelnuts, brown butter and soy were such a bright, unexpected combination. I enjoyed every bite. Don't sleep on dessert here! I couldn't even finish my dinner but still wanted to try the chocolate rum cake (salty caramel sauce, roasted peanuts, vanilla ice cream and crispy sesame) and what a delightful flavor explosion!
