I have been to this McDonald's at least 60 times. 99% of the time they get my order just perfect always friendly. They are great. !!!!!!!

This McDonald's is the epitome of a nuthouse! The management prides itself on hiring the most dense, idiotic staff ever. They have buffoons running the drive-thru who can't understand "6 piece chicken nuggets with a medium coke and a LARGE DIET coke" We get handed two medium DIET cokes?!?! They are also extremely impatient while cooking their meat, since i got 6 mushy, raw and wet nuggets the other day. There has got to be some intelligence deficit in every worker in this McDonald's... DO NOT go here because they WILL mess up the simplest order. read more

If I could make this a 0 star review I would I cannot understand a word from the foreigners that work there in the drive through food is always bad I think that they should make a show for under cover boss the whole place would be shut down all the coworkers in this interaction where very rude and unpleasant will not recommend to anyone read more

The service is absolutely terrible and lazy asf workers, they even talk to back to you when you tell them you got the wrong order Also they advertise it being open 24 hours when I can't even go get a burger 11:30 at night read more

Five stars for being just what we needed....a clean restroom, friendly staff, iced coffee, FREE wifi, and a place in the parking lot for him to nap. This is a very nice place to refuel and refresh. read more

The orders are never made right, Staff are incredibly rude managers being the worst ones, food is cold 75% of the time. All in all wouldn't go back. Don't waste your time of money. read more

I will start this review with the positive. The food is very good when they actually get the order right. Unfortunately this does not happen very often. I have had to return over a dozen times in the last month or two. Even if the order is right I have had to explain my order a couple of times before they could understand. And a lot of those orders were as simple as coffee and muffin. My latest experience was simple coffee and muffins but that resulted in three trips to the restaurant. ordered 8 coffee, 1 tea, 1 1/2 coffee & 1/2 hot chocolate (which they were not able to provide and they said I had to have café Mocha so that is what I paid for), and 12 muffins. This came to $35.46. Brought order to workers in the Blanch Brook Park. There was no café Mocha with the order so I told the person who ordered the 1/2 coffee and 1/2 hot chocolate I would go back and get his café mocha and he said no he wanted the 1/2 coffee and 1/2 hot chocolate because the café mocha is too sweet. Went back and told them I needed the 1/2 & 1/2 and was again told it couldn't be done and I would have to have the café mocha. So I said forget the café mocha and give me a small coffee and small hot chocolate and I would mix it together myself. now they were going to charge me for the coffee and the hot chocolate after I paid for the mocha. After much discussion and me saying I didn't want any money back because the mocha was more expensive they finally agreed to just leaving it as it was. Returned to the park to give the gentleman his 1/2 & 1/2 and went home. I then took out the bill to pass in to the park committee and noticed they had charged me full price for the muffins when they should have only charged me 15 cents for 9 and regular price for the other 3. Went back to the restaurant and explained this to the supervisor and she refunded $17.49 for the muffins and punched it in again and asked me for $20.23 lol. This is now borderline ridiculous. Had to explain that the coffee was already paid for and I wasn't going to pay again. That all she needed to do was charge me for the muffins. She then had to go to a different cash and refund the tea and coffee. I then paid the $20.23. also told her it was crazy that I had to go there 3 times for something as simple as muffins and coffee. read more
