At least they were open. Semi-warm fries and burgers. I ordered a med and got a small, and no straw. It's gets a star for at least being open. read more

Well........ I have not had luck with McDonald's food around this area. I don't go to this location very often because its in the middle of Southaven and on a busy intersection of Goodman Road. The one near my house is absolutely horrible! We stopped in here for a quick bite before hitting the road to Nashville. I can honestly say this meal was not horrible. The drive through person was actually pleasant. The food was just ok. One of my biggest peeves with McDonald's these days is the under cooked fries. This one was no different. I just don't understand why they under cook them now. I use to love McDonald's fries. I'm sure some of you can remember back in the 70's and 80's how good the fries were! My cheeseburgers were smashed but fairly fresh. My family's food was average at best. They forgot to put napkins in the bags. This is a usual occurrence, so we are always prepared for this and keep some in the truck. I would say overall it was at least decent. I gave them three stars. I didn't take pictures since everyone knows what average food from McDonald's look like .... lol read more

McDonald's - 24 Hour McDonald's in Southaven - Burgers Near Me - Southaven, Mississippi

After the encounter this afternoon, I don't think they even deserve a star at all! The picture says it all! Your employees need to check their attitudes first and learn the proper way of dealing with customers. Stop being rude and stop lying! Food was cold already. If you don't like your work there then stop working! read more

Sign says 24 hours but employee tells me they open at 5. Lazy people that don't want to work

What do you know another terrible fast food experience in the year 2022. Not only does this showcase terrible employment, but it has the management to go with it. I sat at the register for 5 minutes and no one even spoke to me. Some DA cane to type in some numbers on the register and didn't even acknowledge me or the women standing behind me. As he was walking away he turned around and said "duh insy close" and the lady behind me said "we have been standing here for 5 minutes you all looked at us and didnt tell us that" and he did not respond. Now we are in the deive through and it has not moved in 10 minutes. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN read more

never again. I will never be eaten here at this McDonald's again I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich and they gave me three chicken nuggets for my meat for my chicken sandwich and I'm like come on now, so I checked my kids food and there were ants crawling around in the, they got a kids meal. I definitely do not recommend and if you do go there check and you can go to the place because I'm going to. I'm going to sue but anyway, the service was OK. The girl there look tired she was mean as freak she was rude and the guy I was asking her why she had an attitude and the guy had came. I guess it was her boyfriend or something and her had an attitude with me so I was like just give me my drink I thought her face, but the ambience was, OK just like that it was just like the service terrible I will never be going again thank you for listening. read more

Please teach your cashiers that when they do not have any pennies to make the correct change to a customer, they should politely tell the customer first and not just assume the customer knows why they are not getting back the correct change. and when I ask why, she lied and said I had to get it at the next window..............I love McDonald's tea and their breakfast foods, but their employees need to be taught to be mannerly........if Chick Fil A , Slim Chickens, Whataburger can teach their employees manners, you should too. read more

Slowest McDonald's we have ever been in. The only person who is working hard is the lady cleaning the tables and mopping the floor. Only 1 register open at lunch time and she is so slow. People were leaving because they got tired of waiting. My husband ordered coffee and asked if he could have it before his meal. She ignored him. When we finally got our order, they were out of coffee. Was told they would bring it to us. We had to go ask for the coffee. read more

Waited in line for 10 minutes to order which I didn't complain about because it's fast food rush hours. We order or food and have to wait again to get to the pay window. Husband being very polite while waiting for young lady to open window to take payment. While waiting he realized he wanted Apple Pies. When young lady finally opens window, husband asks if they had any Apple Pies and she told us "no". We got to the front window where the employee was very kind so we asked again if there were any Apple pies. The young lady at the front asked a cook who told them yes. We thanked her for being honest and drove off. We didn't want to hold up their line but the cashier was very short and very rude. If you're pregnant, you shouldn't work in fast food knowing that you will have an attitude with everyone you encounter. read more

Worst place ive ever been after getting my order wrong i went back 2 min later they charged me near 10 bucks for 2 classic chicken sandwiches but gave me 2 fish sandwiches dumb lady brings me out 2 mcchickens after being told one more time what i wanted then she demanded my receipt in order for me to get my order right she was trying to rip me of near 8 bucks for some damn mcchikens i DO NOT RECOMAND AT ALL!!!!!!! At the end they basically robbed 10 dollars for me worst employee customer service yall suck !! read more

Once again this McDonald's comes up short in service. I placed my order for my breakfast sandwich--which I told the person that I had a buy one get one free coupon. Pull up to the window and she tells me that I can't get a sausage mcmuffin with egg with the coupon because it says egg mcmuffin. This coupon was from doing a survey online. There is always some type of issue at this restaurant--everything from bad/slow service to employees with attitudes and the management there isn't much better, they seem indifferent to customer service and food quality. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS OR ANY OTHER MCDONALD'S ANY TIME IN THE NEAR FUTURE. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. What I really find almost laughable is that these "employees" want to be paid $15 per hour. read more

Was charged an extra $20 for something I didn't get. On top of that, a medium fry was missing. The fry was the last thing on my mom. I go up, get sent to the 2nd window and oh wow. The manager (was working around 1pm today) was nothing short of rude and disrespectful. I had proof on my phone of the charge but that wasn't enough he wants a printed bank statement. Once I get the money sorted, I think I'll stick to Slim Chickens or just go a little further in distance and head to the location on Airways. read more

Two stars only because the staff was polite when they fixed our order. They served my grandmother straight up RAW bacon. She was gagging. It was obviously not cooked properly and neither was my egg mcmuffin. The egg wasn't cooked thoroughly and the biscuits were burnt BLACK. I have never experienced this kind of mess up from any restaurant ever. To top it all off, the drive-thru lady was extremely rude and sassy. She messed up on our order more than five times and still didn't end up getting it right. She also didn't take the time to explain what coffees they did and didn't serve, and if we wanted sugar or creamer with any of it. Leaving it so bitter I couldn't tell what I got. She asked if we wanted to add more to our order, we said yes, but she hit accept and told us to move to the front and hung up on us leaving us to wait there for minutes until she noticed us trying to get her attention to add to our order. Unbelievable. We come back after ordering elsewhere since they messed our order up horribly with very poor service. I walked in with the food and drinks, the lady, I believe her name was Jacqueline, fixed our order and was very polite and apologetic. read more

Had to repeat order several times before they got it correct. Some of the drinks were out. There were only a few cars but the drive thru was very slow. Minimal customer service. This McDonald's is awful, the drive was slow and the person taking the orders was very short with me and got the order wrong 2 times because she was trying to go so fast she didn't listen. I'd fall out of my car if anyone there said "thank you". I asked for a extra bbq sauce to eat with my fries and you'd think I asked for her first born. I left that restaurant upset, angry and disappointed. I'll go to chick-fil-a from now on, McDonald's isn't even a cheap alternative anymore it was over $8 for a meal I could have anywhere else for a better experience and food, I suggest anyone reading this to do the same. read more

I cannot even give this business 1 star. Terrible service and cannot get order right when repeated multiple times.

The worst experience at the drive thru!! We are visiting here for a baseball tournament and wanted to stop for a good hot cup of coffee to take back to our hotel room. We visited around 8:30 p.m.. After a horrible experience at the drive through, we wish we had never stopped. It started out with a very slow acknowledgement and no one at the window when we drove around. However, we could hear a lot of laughing and fooling around coming from somewhere inside. A gentleman finally comes over and hands us our coffees. One of them was completely COLD... no warmth at all and the second cup was barely warm. We came to our hotel and poured both cups down the drain only to find the warm cup full of coffee grounds. We will never visit this McDonalds again!!! read more

Slow service. Would be much more efficient if when the store is crowded to call out the receipt number so customers could easily pick up their order. Instead they call out the actually food that is ordered, confusing customers who have the same order and further delaying the process. Why have a number on the receipt...isn't that the whole idea???? Manager says, "we don't do numbers at this store sir" as the line builds, food sits, and customers are frustrated. read more

You know, I guess I can't expect the best customer service from McDonald's. However, I really feel that McDonald's should look into having a more broad range of service times for breakfast and dinner. They've already added breakfast after midnight, so they're getting close. But not close enough. I understand asking for breakfast when it's well after 10:30, But when I stand in line before 10:30 and they only have one person at the register this close to transition between breakfast and lunch you would assume that they would make a better attempt to get everyone through the line that may be there for breakfast. But no, instead the person at the register was unable to manage time, and took too long with her current customer, until it was past 10:30. Now, instead of voicing that she will assist any other customers there for breakfast, she just looks up from the register and yelled to the rest of the line "breakfast is over, it's now lunch." And did so with no remorse or even a thought as to who might be in line for breakfast since she decided to waste 10 minutes of my life waiting on a simple breakfast sandwich. Furthermore, who decided that the national time to switch from breakfast to lunch was 10:30 anyways? I could eat breakfast all day. But not from McDonald's. Sigh. Just disappointed. read more

We spent the week in Southaven and had early morning meetings. The lights were on and cars were in the parking lot, but no one was serving.
