I see all these two-star reviews for all McDonald's near me yet at 3:00 on a Saturday afternoon, the lines are very long. Somebody likes them! My complaint is to please not serve the food before the drinks. We waited a ridiculous amount of time for the drinks while the food was getting cold. I would like to raise a concern regarding unprofessional conduct I witnessed involving Manager Nosha at the western McDonald's location In southbend During an interview, a current employee was publicly used as an example of "poor work ethic" because of a hat issue, and negative comments about the employee were made to the interview candidate. When the employee addressed overhearing those remarks, Manager Nosha engaged in a back-and-forth argument with the employee in front of the interviewee. While workplace standards should be enforced, it was inappropriate to discuss and criticize an employee to a job candidate and to argue with a young employee during an interview. This did not reflect respectful leadership or a professional hiring environment. I hope this concern can be addressed because that was someone's child being talked to in that manner. This is not the kind of management behavior that represents a respectful workplace. read more

Ghetto and rude. Cashier was nice, next girl was a whole different story. Rude from the moment she opened the window, then to top it off they messed up the payment process and charged us for the wrong order. After charging us incorrectly they persisted that we did not pay for our food and have to pay (now a second time) then proceeded to be ridiculous and waste 10 minutes making the people behind us wait forever for their food. I ordered on the website and when I got there I couldn't get anyone to even acknowledge me for 5min. Then I was asked what I ordered. When she didn't see it on her screen she ignored me for another 8min. I finally asked her if a bag sitting right next to her was my order and it was. First, I want to thank McDonald's for answering the question "What kind of restaurant would Ronald McDonald start if he was a super-villain"? This McDonald's was recently "remodeled" in the last few weeks. - Cold gray exterior with lots of angular metal?....Check! - Supermax prison interior?.....Check! - Place lacking in human warmth.....Check! - Strange technological ordering kiosk (a little alien)....Check! Seriously though, this remodeling was probably done in the absolutely least expensive way possible without much thought of having actual people eat in the place. My wife and I have been coming here for more than 15 years for breakfast on Sundays (most of the time) or at least until the chairs started to fall apart. There were lots of regulars that laughed and joked around. That's pretty much gone. No one wants to sit in such a cold, lifeless place with furniture that looks straight out of a jail. Heck, at least jails have some sort of entertainment. If this is where McDonald's is going with it's "look" you can count me out. On the positive side they fixed the parking lot. read more

This location was disgusting and rude.  The manager's T-shirt was caked in dirt and grease and no one was sanitizing the table after guests left, yet signs were placed on the tables saying they were, and they were dirty. I placed an order for a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. The order was read back to me three times and two times we had to correct it to a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. When I receive my order 15 minutes later there was a sausage egg biscuit, with no cheese. I went to the counter to rectify the situation and was told that they were now "on lunch" and when I asked for the manager, the lady said she was the manager. I said I'd like to have a bacon egg and cheese biscuit if you've got one and she said, "we are on lunch." When we asked for HER manager we were told that she was it. I informed them I would be in touch with McDonald's and the cashier KS#2 said she didn't care. This location is disgusting and rude. read more

They're normally really good here. Fast, friendly, and the food is always good. If I choose to go to a McDonald's this is normally my go to location. Side note: they only have a single lane with one ordering screen and they still outdo the others. read more

My kids love McDonald's what kids dont.. I ordered two steak bagel meals, two sausage patties and a hashbrown.. Go to get my food and i dont see the sausage patties i was told they put them on my bagels when they where ordered separate and i didnt ask them to add them to my bagels.. So they fix my order to realize the took the patties off the bagels and through them in a box.. Mind you the sausage is for my child that is severely allergic to dairy and egg. If i would of not took the time to realize their carelessness, and the two patties cover in ingredients from my bagel we would of ended up in the er.. read more

Worst McDonalds I've ever been to.. went through drive through repeated order twice 3 breakfast sandwiches and 2 hashbrowns which she repeated back. Pull up they make us pull up to a spot to wait -5 minutes pass and several cars behind us get their food.. I have to go to the window to remind them and then the bring out. Minus one hashbrown. Burger King didn't open until 10 today as it is New Years day. We went to McDonalds for breakfast and coffee. Service was awful, food was almost awful. Couldn't even get a refill on coffee. The workers walked around me waiting, not one making eye contact. Never even acted like I was standing there. Will not return to this store. read more
