I never stop at McDonald's but I was needing to take a stop and wait for an appointment. All I order was a coffee. Their were no there in town. The employees were extremely nice to me. Possibly because I had my baby daughter. The experience was good. I was sitting and I did notice the whole place was clean and employees continued to walk around and clear people's tables if they were finished. A lady even refilled my coffee and brought me a new cup with it Honestly I'd return to this location. It is busy with several elder folks hanging out, but a very clean location. read more

The young man that waited on us was rude and argumentative. We ordered our drinks with extra ice. He said the machine put the ice in and it already had extra. There was one layer of ice at the top. We asked again for him to add extra ice. He said them I'll have to charge you extra. What NO The manager had to handle his issue. read more

McDonald's - Where is the ice??? - Fast Food Near Me - Seymour, Tennessee

Drive thru consistently slow with cold food/melted drinks. Curbside wait times are sit down restaurant level. Food is inedible and drinks are watered down before pulling out of the parking lot. Seymour needs a Chick Fil A if for nothing else to train area employees. read more

Can't remember the managers name but it was we done dude and I imagine shift or assistant manager. Dude was really confrontational with my fiancé. She ordered online and one of the items was a seasonal pie. They were out. No one made us aware, received the order and it was missing. Called in and he was full of crap, deflected any responsibility and claimed moving could be done. Love pretty far never had the chance to come deal with it. read more

I'd give this a zero if it was allowed. Shitty ass people, waited 10 minutes for a 10 piece nugget. And they said they can only make chicken items, no burgers, nothing. Fuck this place read more

It took 37 minutes after submitting my order to receive, 2 chicken mcnugget happy meals and 2 quarter pounder meals. This was one of my worst experiences in any fast food restaurants. Fries were cold and so were the burgers when delivered to our table. I will never go back to this location! read more

Nov 18th, 2024 at 10:31 am - We went to the drive-thru, ordered our breakfast then was told "we're now serving lunch". I stated it's 10:31, only to be told "we stop serving breakfast at 10:30." We were there on time but were not asked for our order until 10:31. The rude employees would benefit by taking a class in customer service . I do not recommend this McDonald's for good customer service. What's even more disappointing is that no one even cares about treating customers with kindness. Ridiculous!! read more

It was 11:15 on a Friday night. We were hungry. Like a lighthouse in the night, there were the golden arches. Know what? Drive-thru speaker quality is A LOT better than it used to be! Anyway, they got our order right, my Double Cheeseburgers were good, and we didn't starve that night. Thanks McDonald's! read more

My friend I was with got a Oreo blizzard and there was a crane fly in it. Luckily saw it in there before he ate it. So disgusting. And when I was there a couple days ago ordered a McDouble as per my friends request as I usually just get a cheeseburger and it only had a tiny bit of ketchup on it and cheese no mustard , pickles or onion. I wouldn't have wrote a review if that was the only problem I had here but after the crane fly in the blizzard tonight.... Yuck so gross. read more

McDonald's - a plastic cup with a spoon in it - Fast Food Near Me - Seymour, Tennessee

The drive thru window was long so my family went inside. First thing I noticed...not sure if the cashier had RBF or was just in a bad mood. But it looked like she either didn't want to be there, or didn't want us there. Next, the floor was filthy. Food and dirt all over the floors and tables. Then our order was called and my order was wrong. I ordered a filet o fish meal but I got two cheeseburger meal. As I'm not the type of person to ever waste food or send food back I just ate the two cheeseburgers. The first cheeseburger literally tasted like plastic. So I bit into the second cheeseburger. I said to my wife , "honey, try this one..." she replied, "is it better?" I said, "it tastes like harder plastic". read more

Nice people and quick service. Usually hot and fresh and always have great deals on the app

The best food I've ever had in my life. This is number one cuisine. Best to take after wedding

Service was fast but a lil to fast to the point condiments were forgotten along with my small fry. usually wouldn't complain towards fast food considering I work for a fast food company and manage it. very disappointed. read more

Horrible McDonald's, got half the order wrong and didn't bother to ask if it was right. What can I say...? I have not gone here in probably 15 years. Thought about just a cup of coffee today but decided against it as the quality of all they do is suspect at best. I truly can't imagine this is what it originally started out as. I mean when they first opened, it was their model to have cheap crappy food that is unhealthy for you?? You would hope not! read more

Tacos and finger licking chicken is so. Good! grimace shake does scare the kiddos tho so I will not be coming back because my makayla cried. The hubs and kiddos like it although it is very unhealthy. Will not recommend as it is very dirty. read more

Wow! I'm not sure I've ever had such a messed up order. The person taking our order only responded to about half of what we ordered so we weren't entirely sure what he entered. The first thing we realized was we were missing a drink and the girl who gave us our drinks seemed annoyed when we pointed it out. While we were waiting at the next window to get the missing drink we realized we were also missing a sandwich and fries and had gotten a wrong sandwich. So we pulled into a parking space and I went in to get our missing food. The staff inside was very nice. About 10 min down the road we realized we were missing another fry when I asked my husband why he was eating mine. I'm glad this was a stop on the way home and not someplace I'll ever stop again. read more

I have no complaints about this location. This is your typical McDonald's with the same offerings as others. They do not have a playground, however, there aren't many around here with them. It would be nice to have a couple with them because it is nice to allow the little one to run around a little especially when it is cold or snowy. We were greeted upon arrival and promptly placed our order. I chose the quarter pounder and the little one got the box meal as he calls it. The burgers came out hot and fresh, but the french fries were not. The service was fast and I guess that may be hit or miss as others complain about the speed. I have been to this location 3 times counting this time and I haven't had any issues with speed. read more

the workers at the windows are so nice but the cooks would rather do the extra work to put onions and pickles on my burger when i clearly stated ketchup only but no no no onions and pickles boom!!! but the workers were so nice read more

Never in my life have I seen a more pathetic excuse for a fast food restaurant. The workers were rude and gave off an I don't care vibe. As clean as a pigs sty and the worst part is all 3 times I've been there they got my food wrong every time. It also smells like barf half the time. This place sucks. read more

Hey, you know those reserved spots you have for when someone is at the window and their order is holding up the line? And like, when the person behind them only has a coffee, you tell them to pull up to the reserved spot so you can give the other vehicle it's coffee and get it on it's way? Yeah? Okay cool. Fucking use them next time. read more

I'm giving this McDonalds 3 stars. Their decaf coffee was weak and I drink Mickey Ds decaf coffee all the time. The drive thru was slower than molasses. The cashier was borderline rude. However the dipped cone was dipped all the way to the cone which means that the ice cream didn't sneak out the bottom as it melted. read more

Today my nephew and I went in for breakfast and saw the new kiosk to order from and decided to try it. I was searching for a kids meal and just scrolling around and around and having no luck and here comes Kayla. She had the most cheerful voice and OFFERED to help. She's a gem and we need more Kayla's in this world. read more

Went to order food at 11 am on a Tuesday morning with no one in line. As I placed my order in the drive thru, the employee over the intercom was very impatient. I will admit we were browsing the menu and deciding on what everyone wanted, so we weren't going very fast but then again there was nobody behind us. After ordering a few items she gave us our total and told us to move forward. We told her we weren't done ordering, she then informed us we would have to continue our order at the window and to move forward. We canceled our order then and there. What happened to costumer service? Very disappointing!! read more

This McDonalds is the slowest McDonald's I have ever been too. Cars backed up forever.

Service is always slow, gives new meaning to the term "fast food". You will wait forever in the drive thru. Take a look at the Chik Fil A drive thru maybe it would help yours!!!!!! read more

This is the worst mcdonalds I have ever been to. They shorted us 3 of their soggy chicken nuggets, the fries were cold and had no salt on them. There was chocolate milk all over the kids toy. They gave us no sauce for our nuggets. read more

Isn't there a rule in a restaurant where you have to wait until the customers finish their food ? Especially if they come in way before closing time? Well me and my girlfriend went here one time at around 11:30 one night and got our food and sat down and ate. The inside part closes at 12 and at 11:45 while we were eating we looked over and noticed a few workers staring at us for a few minutes straight so I waved at one and then they told us to leave and that they would call the cops if we didn't leave. one employee even told me to stop being a dick head when I asked about how they have to wait till the customer finishes their food. We left after that. read more

Let's start with what was good, the food was hot, fresh, and tasty. Now for the bad, service was terrible, they had a trainee at the register and no trainer in sight. He said it was his first day and was constantly going back and forth to get the manager for his mistakes on the order. They were out of sweet tea and no ketchup in the dispenser, when I asked for tea and ketchup I had to make a case that it was actually out because "we just filled it." I went back and made a second order at the kiosk (didn't want to deal with the trainee who was struggling) for a sundae, it took forever, seemed like they had to milk the cow, freeze the milk, and make the ice cream. I took the table marker back to my table and patiently waited per the instructions at the kiosk. Sundae was never brought to the table and I had to retrieve it from the counter without notice. Was halfway melted when I got it and to top it all off, no spoon!!! I will just make the drive to Chick-fil-A from now on. read more
