Blink and you could miss it. 2 hour limited street parking is available but can be sparse. It would be rare to not find a spot within a hundred feet or so. The shop is quite charming and is very clean and well kept. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful with the food menu. Nice selection of food, baked goodies and coffees. I ordered a Steamed pastrami box lunch. It was delicious. The historic building offers several rooms where you can sit and enjoy your food and drinks. It really is comfortable and easy to relax and have a conversation or be on your electronics. Free WiFi is available. There is space for groups up to 6 or 8 and is child friendly. Outside seating is also available with numerous tables with umbrellas. Ideal place to meet friends or family for a coffee or meal. A few days ago, I asked for no ice, and they only filled the drink to the lower line. This time, this is what a "full price" drink looks like.
