They have what seems like an efficient system. You can order at a kiosk and choose your language, which makes language barriers no problem. The credit card machine didn't work, so I had to pay at the desk. They found someone who spoke English, and he said it would be about 15 minutes. They were super busy, so that seemed fine.
When your order is ready, they flash the numbers up on a screen.
Except that's not what happened. They flashed numbers on the screen, but they didn't match the orders that were ready. Someone told my husband (in Polish... he speaks Polish) that you had to wait for your number to be called. Only that didn't happen either.
We weren't the only ones with problems. A mob of people were crowded around the desk, showing receipts to anyone who'd look. Only THEN would they put your order together.
We waited an hour and a half for a couple burgers and fries. AN HOUR AND A HALF. I've eaten multi course meals in Poland in less time.
Don't waste your time. It was a good McDonalds, but not worth that.
